Emails Spam (Unsubscribe failed)

I have been unable to stop the marketing emails despite repeatedly using the unsubscribe link, which claims the process was "successful." After the automated system failed, I contacted customer support directly. They read my email but provided no response or solution. Continuously receiving emails after opting out is unprofessional and feels like spam. I cannot recommend a platform that does not respect basic communication preferences.
