Technical problems, no response... wait an order for more than 2 weeks
Firstly, the online order is processed due to a technical problem, which I have already waited for 2 weeks. Even all articles are available. Then, with my first call to customer service, I was told, the package will be sent in 2 days. After two days, nothing happened. So I called again the customer service, and said at least an email for the notification will be there. One day after, I tried to call the 3. time. After 10 failed call, I start to write this comment. The worst online shop experience I have never made before.
