Firstly, the online order is processed due to a technical problem, which I have already waited for 2 weeks. Even all articles are available. Then, with my first call to customer service, I was told, the package will be sent in 2 days. After two days, nothing happened. So I called again the customer service, and said at least an email for the notification will be there. One day after, I tried to call the 3. time. After 10 failed call, I start to write this comment. The worst online shop experience I have never made before.

Prompt delivery of the goods ordered which were well packed so that they arrived undamaged.
It might be better if they had the option of collecting the boxes which are well made and could be reused.

Good to have the option to reschedule the delivery. Some items were a little damaged. The packaging could be improved.

The order was very heavy and placed into just one box which I find unethical for the delivery people. These deliveries should be separated into different packages so as not to damage the backs of the people delivering.
