Alnafi is a great Institute providing one of the best studies around the globe. AIOPs course of Alnafi outshines any other institute of Pakistan, but it just have some small cons.
The major course of AIOPs, DCCS is the back bone of the entire course but we don't have any detailed lab like DevOps or SysOps. I will highly recommend Alnafi to add detailed step by step Labs so we don't have to go for other websites like TryHackme or Hack the Box. There should be step by step guide for the labs of DCCS so we can get in depth knowledge of the Course.

I regret purchasing courses from Al-Nafi. I am based in the UK, and the courses were sold in US dollars, which made them even more expensive due to exchange rates.

They promote their courses with very high claims about quality, career outcomes, and value. However, in reality, the content is basic, poorly structured, and does not match what was advertised.

I spent around $1000–$1500, and it feels like a complete waste of money. I would not recommend this to anyone expecting professional-level training.

Everything else is fine, but Al nafi hasn’t provided any guidance on where to start studying, how to study, or how to structure the course to complete it within 18 months. The course is extremely lengthy, and there is no one to provide support. It feels like we are acting as our own teachers while also trying to learn on our own.
I don’t know how this will work because there is no one to guide us no one to tell us where to start, where to end, what to do, or what not to do. We are not informed about when updates are coming or if they are coming at all. When we message support, their reply comes after a week, and by then, our problem is usually already resolved on our own.
There is no immediate help available for solving issues. For example, the labs are not aligned with the course at all. The labs are being conducted separately, while the course content is completely different, and it is difficult to manage both side by side.

AlNafi course is good overall. the live classes are quite helpful and engaging. however there are frequent issues with the labs since I am currently in part 1 I have noticed that labs sometimes get stuck disconnect or keep reconnecting which can be frustrating.
Apart from that I have listened to a few recorded lectures as well and they are helpful too. overall the AlNafiq course is good, but the lab stability needs improvement.and course should be upgrade

Everything is good till now but overall experience of portal can be improved!

I like the alnafi international college regarding it's awareness about emerging tech advancement. It's implementation and updates on time prame basis. But kindly recommend your learners to get the basic computer knowledge. As so long my experience is concerned I got basic understanding about digital scenioro and its need at every span of life. Still a lot of work is left but I m trying to learn python automation. AI, machine learning, cloud and data base infrastructure etc, but I am facing problems due to my non IT background as well.

I am satisfied from alnafi and I have completed the course of DCCS

The course content should be upgraded regarding to the current market value.
Also, there should be some sort of assignments or tasks based stuff for more learning of the student instead of a single exam at the end.
Labs should be properly activated and their fault should be admitted and not putting on the student.

First the support team should be supportive and second the course should not be given all at once like there should be a semester system like in 3months you should do this much course than next this way its easy for students to manage the course and keep up with the course....my personal experiencewas this that i got confused soo much like how to do or how to manage it.....Otherwise course is best and labs too just need this minor supportive things

Al-Nafi provides you a vision for your career but the courses need to be update as job market is changed and Their labs are GOOD in providing you hands-on experience and the other good thing is in live classes professors engage and help us out nicely.... Moreover, they should resolve the diplomas accredations problem which they committed.

Good experience for learning purposes but alrazaq labs are recently inlcuded in dashboard. The speed is very slow and lot of time is wasted for practice. Assigned tokens are very small as comapred to speed and the length of Al-razaq Labs. The plateform should guide students to earn from online platforms after completing their 4 months coursework. Support for onine earning is very crucial as claimed by the platform that the students are prepared for job ready and for earning !!!!The students should meet their study expenses as most of the students have joined the Al-nafi platform after leaving their previous jobs as the course content is so long that can't be completed within the prescribes time frame without leaving the running job. The platform should support the dedicated students to earn from online sources that are capable of doing the tasks. I have reviewed this in keeping view of DCCS course only!!!Thanks

Great Potential with Technical Hurdles

I enrolled in the AIOps program at Al-Nafi to bridge the gap between AI and cybersecurity. My goal is to build a solid foundation for a career as a Security Engineer.

The overall content is useful, with a wide range of topics that help build a strong foundation through hands-on labs.

Areas for improvement:

1. Some modules and production standards feel outdated compared to current industry requirements (e.g., WSTG, penetration testing).
2. Frequent UI issues, including duplicate entries and missing lecture documents.
3. Content organization needs improvement to ensure all referenced materials are accessible.

Overall, the platform has strong potential and provides value, but it needs improvements in interface stability and content updates to align with modern-day practices.

I would rate it 7/10 due to somethings first one support team they reply late 2nd labs and lms accessibility and alrazzaq part 2 has very lengthy labs which is impossible to complete with daily free tokens. 3rd after completing DCCS firt role in cyber security always SOC analyst or GRC analyst so, modeules and lectures about SOC is very poor and unsatisfying.
So these are few things which be better thank you.

It has been a good experience, I have learned a lot of things and gained a lot of experience with labs. But a lot of content is not updated, especially the python course, and need work on improving support for students.

Overall, the system, LMS, syllabus, and teaching method are very good. The topics are well-structured and easy to understand, which makes learning smooth and effective.

However, there are occasional technical issues. At times, the LMS becomes inaccessible, which can be inconvenient.

Aside from these issues, the overall experience is positive and the quality of teaching is appreciated.

Overall good but they have to update the things especially in Cyber Security diploma that are old now, specially in network pentesting course section sir is using openvpn but didn't give the link or . ovpn file to connect, second is SCADA 101 the cybati machine is not available now the website cybati.org is down also in elasticSearch course section Sir is using strigo env maybe provided by AlNafi that why it is causing confusion for beginners to learn, all other diploma like Ai, SysOps and DevOps is almost correct but not fully, some videos are missing in between the course section

overall GOOD experience BUT THEY HAVE TO COMMIT WITH THEIR WORDS THAT THEY TALK ABOUT

THEY HAVE TO SUPPORT THEIR STUDENTS IN EVERY LIKE FOR MASTERS ADMISSION AND SPECIALLY FOR ACCRIDETION . THEY HAVE TO APPROVE THEIR DIPLOMAS FROM EVERY REGULATORY BODY AND FROM THE GOVT .

I am very inspired with their learning curriculum that they provide, matches with the IT market their courses and the online assistance is outstanding.

I Liked the content. but i did not liked the quality of content.

Good experience so far, I am pursuing cloud technologies and they have really great hands on labs which is essential for today's market.
