If I could rate this a zero I would

If I could rate this a zero I would. Ordered 3 dresses 2 months ago and the package was lost. Reached out to customer service who said they would send out a new shipment but they never sent one out. I ordered dresses to arrive in February for an event and still have not received anything. Waiting to receive a refund now. Stay away from this store. Not worth it at all.

I had a very disappointing experience…

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I received a damaged dress, and instead of sending me a replacement in proper condition, they only offered store credit—and not even for the full amount I originally paid.

What’s most frustrating is that I was told they would honor the original sale price if I repurchased the dress, but they later went back on that promise and refused to do so. Because of this, I’m now out money for a mistake that was entirely theirs.

This dress was intended for my engagement photos, and their lack of accountability left me scrambling and ultimately unable to use it. Poor customer service, misleading communication, and no real effort to make things right after sending a faulty product. I would not recommend purchasing from this company.

I ordered this on a bit of a whim and didn’t expect much, especially since I’m picky with dresses. When it arrived, I noticed straight away that it looked better than the photos. Once I tried it on, it just felt easy. I didn’t need shapewear, didn’t feel self conscious, and that alone makes it a win for me.

This is a scam

This is a scam.
The dress that came to me doesn't look like the dress in the offer, the quality is very poor and it just looks bad. When I wanted to return this product they offer only store credit instead of monetary refund.
Also, I made one order by accident and I cancelled it immediatly and they promised to give me refund in 10 working days but it never came. Now I am trying to get my money back involving my bank.
Better to stay away from this shop, it is not worth it.

So I usually don’t leave reviews

So I usually don’t leave reviews, but this one deserved it. The fabric feels surprisingly soft and has that nice weight to it where it hangs properly instead of clinging. I wore it to a small family get together and felt dressed enough without feeling overdone. It’s one of those pieces that makes you feel calm wearing it, if that makes sense.

I was worried it might feel stiff when it arrived, but it didn’t at all. It feels light but still structured enough to look nice. I kept it on longer than planned because it just felt good to wear.

Great dresses with beautiful designs…

Great dresses with beautiful designs and overall excellent quality. The only downside is that the zippers don’t glide very smoothly. Aside from that, the fabric is stretchy yet still feels structured and durable and the fit is very flattering it really hugs your curves nicely.

Do not buy- POOR QUALITY

Do not buy- POOR QUALITY . When the dress arrived I was disheartened. The quality was poor and it didn’t look like it did in the picture. It wasn’t breathable. It wasn’t true to Size when I tried to return it. They had all these caveat about how it was meant to be returned until which country they made it so difficult that I tried to get it. Alter the dress is now costing me $140 to get altered when the dress cost me $140 to buy.

I didn’t plan on loving this dress as…

I didn’t plan on loving this dress as much as I do, but here we are. I put it on just to try it and ended up keeping it on for the rest of the day. It sits nicely on the body without feeling tight anywhere, which is rare for me. I wore it out to dinner later that evening and felt comfortable the entire time, no pulling or adjusting, which honestly matters more to me than anything else.

This place is a SCAM

This place is a SCAM! The dress did not come like it was shown on the website. Worse was it came soiled and they expected me to pay for the return! Their customer service was terrible! They are not willing to help and just want your money! SCAM! BEWARE!

Customer service replied but they really did not help. They still expected me to pay for the return label and only willing to give me store credit THAT WILL EXPIRE when it is useless to me when my body type does not fit their clothing.

This dress quietly became one of my favourites without me realising it. I wore it once, then again a week later, and now it’s somehow always clean and hanging at the front of my wardrobe. DO NOT ORDER

I purchased two dresses from this website in the smallest size available, and neither fit properly. They were too large in the chest, too tight in the thighs, and extremely long. On top of that, the dresses did not fully match the images shown online.

When I attempted to return them, I was told I could only receive store credit because the items were “on sale.” The issue is that the entire website is perpetually on sale—every single item is marked down at all times. These are not genuine or time-limited sales, but constant markdown pricing.

This makes the return policy extremely misleading. The site advertises “money back within 30 days of purchase,” yet because everything is always labeled as a sale item, customers are effectively never eligible for a refund. Additionally, the restriction on refunds for sale items was not clearly disclosed at checkout before payment.

I went back and forth multiple times with customer service explaining that none of their products fit me and that store credit is useless in this situation. Each response felt automated and dismissive, repeating the same script without addressing my concerns.

This experience was frustrating and deceptive. I will not be purchasing from this company again and strongly encourage others to be cautious before ordering.

UPDATE: after going back & forth for a month and filing a claim with the BBB, they said they’d give me a refund as a one time courtesy. So i returned the items and they still only gave me store credit!!! And the store credit was only 1/2 of what i originally paid for both two items.

Waiting for a response from their team, which will likely take multiple days. Incredibly frustrating how all of this has been handled.

OH,, they try to get you to only take store credit for returns...so if you don't like the quality of the goods they sell, you're stuck! STAY AWAY!

LOL, they responded, and said reach out to them by their email address, which THEY DON'T RESPOND TO! Pathetic! Also, you can't buy something on sale and not know if it fits or not. I bought two sizes of the same dress for that reason. These guys are terrible. I'm doing a chargeback and using their response for my claim.

SCAM!!! The dress arrived with a massive stain.

The dress arrived with a sizeable stain on the bodice near the bust area. I sent an email to the team the same day I received the package, providing timestamped photographs of the defect immediately upon opening. The stain is very visible in daylight and appeared to be oil-based. It was immediately apparent from the moment I opened the parcel and saw the dress. They then tried to say it must have occurred in transit and was my fault. There is no reasonable way that it occurred in my possession. They then said because it was on sale, all I could have was credit, even though I was entitled to a refund. A stained garment is a defective product, and for defective goods, customers are entitled to a refund, regardless of whether the item was purchased on sale. “Sale” conditions do not override statutory consumer guarantees. Bought this in November and still going back and forth with the team. FINALLY last week, they would provide me with a refund and yet nothing has come through.

Horrible

A scam! The clothes took 2 weeks to arrive and when they finally did the quality was trash. The smell of the red Vanessa dress was repulsive, the black Malu set corset zip didn’t even worked, the amalfi dress bra cup didn’t even stay up. When I tried to ask refund they said I can’t cause it was sale item, adding to that, for a return I needed to pay for the shipping and they would give it as a credit MINUS the first shipping. For ecustoms clearance needed an invoice they never before! Please avoid this at all costs

Wore this flowy maxi dress on a beach vacation and it was truly ideal. It doesn’t wrinkle easily, even after sitting around, and it dries super fast if it gets damp. The way it moves in the wind is stunning, especially in the evenings. I paired it with earrings and sandals and felt so effortlessly pretty. One of my favourite travel pieces now.
