I purchased in August 2024 and December 2024 sent an email about purchasing another power cable because mine has stopped working to charge the hair revive device. Numerous emails sent with absolutely no reply. Total rip off!! Don't waste your money! They are horrible. Can't even reply to an email so I can't imagine if you were sent a device that stops working.

I received this product for which I paid $105 and it does NOT work as described. The company have not responded to any of my emails or via their Facebook page(which seems to be fraudulent) . I honestly thought this was a great idea and might work. However this $20 Chinese item does not function as described so cannot possibly work.
