No customer service I am praying I receive my order and that they have not stolen my money! They do not answer and form of communication!!

They ship all their knives without a protector on the tip. Any dollar store knife you buy has a cheap plastic scabbard, but they don't. I received my knife with a big chip out of the tip and I contacted Almazan customer support with a picture and a request to show me how to exchange for an undamaged knife the following day after receiving it. 10 emails back and forth with them still has not given me a resolution or replacement and Sid M. is giving me the runaround. Send me a replacement knife or give me a refund!!!!
I am tired of playing these games!

I received my Almazan Chef knife today through Amazon prime. It was wrapped good and oiled, so I'll see what happens in the next few weeks. I went through Amazon because they give refunds if necessary. A good chef needs good knives.

Bought the chef knife...... amazing quality got to me in less than a week!!!!! Cuts very good!!!! Surpases my expectations..... I truly recommend the product

There is many great reviews that coming out this seller's scamming. I bought one of their product in Nov. 2018 but didn't arrived. I contacted to support@almazanknives .com but I haven't any response yet, My order# is 40244 please refund to me ASAP!

Buyer Beware, This company does not stand behind it's product. My knife was sent to me defective. The edge is uneven and does not cut cleanly. After 27 emails back and forth, there has been NO resolution, exchange or refund. I have sent photos of the defective knife as requested. I have sent my cell number so that their agent could call me as requested and still no response or resolution. Every response from Almazan says that "it is under process" Over 2 weeks of "under process" tells me I'm screwed!

Update: 12/2/2020 and I am still waiting for my money back. I received a note today that they needed more information to help resolve my case. Almost 2 years later!!!

Almazan Knives is having a terrible support. I've ordered 2 knives to be delivered to Europe (paid prime price for this delivery - over 50 USD), but for some strange reason my knives are being sent to me from US, despite information on the website, that all knives are produced in Spain and that they have a fulfillment center in Europe. I'm not even mentioning, that on the website it is promised, that they find a best way to deliver for customer. Now i'm being charged crazy import duties. I'm wondering if there are other customers from Europe and if they have had any issues as such?
For weeks i'm trying to get an adequate response from Almazan Knoves Support, but they keep changing the status of opened ticket to "Awaiting your reply" without providing any comment. I understand, that Support service used is external and they presumable have SLA agreements for responses to be within 48 hours. But it seems that Support service is cheating and simply changes the status "Awaiting your reply".
At this point i'm very frustrated and disappointed and asked to escalate my case to supplier directly, as it seems Helpdesk isn't able to help.
One of the reasons i'm writing here is because i saw responses from Almazan Knives and hoping they are from direct contacts there. Please get in touch with me ASAP to get the issue sorted out, as your Helpdesk is not helping and even complicating things by constantly changing status of the ticket without providing any response.

I received the knife and it was warped, I contact their customer service by email as they suggest, and sent photos as they requested and they said they'd be sending a replacement, it has been 5 weeks and they keep giving me the run-around. Curiously it took them less than a week to ship the knife out but now "Naid" keeps writing that he'll "forward my issue to their fulfillment center" to get a "resolution", even after I told him I am not interested anymore and since they wont ship out a replacement I wanted a refund. I mean, what's there to "resolve"? just refund my order and call it a day, and speaking of calling, good luck with that, their entire customer service call-in center is made up of an answering machine stating they cannot take any calls because they're too busy with the holiday season (it has been a month and a half since the holiday season ended). Feels like their whole operation is a scam so I'm contacting the credit card company to hopefully get my money back.
Update: I contacted my credit card company last week and got my money back- Apparently Chase agrees! And has flagged them

This is truly an excellent knife. I could feel the difference from the very first cut. I successfully cut tomatoes, peppers, tough produce like butternut squash and turnips. This knife handles it all without a problem.

I was kind of confused between Almazan Knives & Almazan Kitchen, which seem to be different companies.Bought my knife at Almazan Knives and i got a really great knife. It is well made and performs great. I have the kitchen version so 1 mm thinner than the outdoor one. But it handles meat and vegetables just perfect and it looks stunning.
It took about 3 to 4 weeks to arrive, as mentioned on their site.
For this price i think you get a great piece of kitchen equipment that will last. I bet that there are way more expensive versions out there but as a connoisseur i can state that this is a very good product. A more expensive product will definitely not make it a better product!

Received the bushcraft version for Christmas. I was concerned that the thickness would make it hard to slice. However, the precise hollow grind with finish bevel makes the weight of this knife slice through cheese and hard salami like melted butter. Understand this is not stainless steel, so it will rust unless it is cleaned and dried after each use, but the high carbon blade appears to be holding its edge well so far. After a few days of regular use, a touch up on the steele, and it’s still razor sharp. A couple suggestions for Almazan Knives. First, given the weight of the bushcraft model, I would consider offering a micarta handle or something with a higher grip than the wood handle. I may wind up rough sanding mine. Also, the sheath rivets have some rust on them and it appears to be made of bonded leather. Given the environment for the knife, full grain leather and brass/stainless hardware would be a worthy improvement that I would have paid a few extra bucks for, but still a great setup, so no markdown. (keep in mind, Almazan Knife is not Almazan Kitchen, which seems to bother Almazan Kitchen quite a bit, but hey, I think Almazan Knives has innovated their design, and it’s a great performer)

I'm happy, i got my order in 2 weeks and i'm very happy of my knife.
Very good facture and I use it every day when cooking.

I placed a 500 dollar order with them on October 22/2018. Its been 6 weeks so far and nothing. 2 weeks ago I asked about my order and they still haven't come up with anything other then they are looking into it.
The site says: TOTAL TIME FROM ORDER TO YOUR DOOR CAN BE 3-4 WEEKS BUT MOST ORDERS WILL ARRIVE IN 2 WEEKS. **
I will update as things unfold.....
But this feels like a scam
Dec 13 and still no answers.....
Their reply to all my questions in the last 3 weeks is: "how can we help you?"

They finally replied back to me and said they now understand the "blunder" and are very sorry. And will have it shipped to me before xmas. I will update as things unfold.
If the knives are as good as they are supposed to be I will change my rating....

I received my order and big surprise it's wrong.
I ordered 3 Serbian hunters knife. And I ordered one CHEF'S STAINLESS STEEL KNIFE WITH NATURAL CIRQUE HANDLE. That knife didn't come with my order. Instead they sent 4 Serbian Hunter knives.

And all the knives are sharpened so that they blades on each one has a different curve. One is very curved to the heel of the blade. The blades on their sight have a flat or straight looking blade.

And as of right now I will not be changing my rating until my order is fixed.

My review is all facts.....
They ignored my repeated inquiries on my order from November 18th until dec 13. When my order arrived it was wrong. They gave me a knife I didnt order instead of the knife I ordered.
I also have screenshots of all our emails and instant messages on their website.
Any correspondence through the instant messaging on their website was marked as resolved even though they would keep telling me they're looking into it.
I didnt get a resolution until I emailed "support@ #############.com"
Mark @ #############.com told me they kept making my inquiries as resolved. Yet they never told me anything. They would just ignore me or ask, "how can I help you?" Gee maybe answer the questions I just asked you......
I have screenshots of all the emails and instant messages.

I just read their comments on my review. Ironically they have not replied to me since I pointed out the issue of sending me the wrong knife. It's been a month. They have never sent me an email or any kind of notification that they plan to solve this issue as they stated in there comment on my review. So all in all they have been completely dishonest. They didnt send an extra scabbard as they stated. They all come with a scabbard. They dont get to send me whatever they want. I want what I ordered. They also failed to mention their super poor and unacceptable customer service. Ignoring me for over a month at a time on 2 occasions! And on this second occasion they still havent replied to me! Just to my review!

And on the quality of the knives....well I paid $70 to have them professionally sharpened. They will still need a ton of grinding to be a functional kitchen knife. Much to thick to cut a simple potato effectively even with a very shap edge.

Save yourself a lot of time and aggravation. Do not for any reason purchase a knife from this incredibly poor and dishonest company.

January 24th.
Almazan still has not contacted me. There claim of making the knife they owe me and have shipped it to me is just a bold lie. I forwarded there comment on my review to there customer service and they continue to ignore me. I asked what's going on and they finally replied "they are looking into my order."
They have been saying that since December 18th.
They put more effort in making up lies when replying to my review. When I have time I will be putting a video together with all the screen shots and emails and putting it on YouTube.
And if you look at their comments they say they fixed the issue 3 weeks after I made the order. That's a lie. I contacted them after 3 weeks and they ignored me for 3 more weeks, telling me they are "looking into it." Then I escalated it and they finally contacted me after a total of 6 weeks

Feb 16. I still havent heard anything from them at all. Their claims of fixing this and shipping the knife I actually ordered is a total lie.
And after using their knives for a while now I find they are way too thick to be any good for anything in the kitchen. If you watch almazan kitchen their knife that these people model after is very thin! This has been the worst experience ever and the first time I have ever had a company out and out lie about everything!!!!

Absolutely over the moon with my almazan knife ,absolutely first class workmanship and quality. Took about 4 weeks to come but didn't mind waiting for this first class item. The knife came waxed and nicely packaged, so i will not hesitate to use Almazan again.
I will look forward to many years of use.

I feel like the knives are what I ordered. They came promptly, wrapped up nicely and waxed.. the reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I wanted the cool looking cases.. I got plain brown ones.. I wish they'd have offered the other ones that had a few different colors/ textures. Like the guy on the show has.. I was jonesing for those..crap. I'm a bit disappointed with 2 of the same ones for the different weight knives, no engraving or anything to tell them apart. But I hope to enjoy these knives for years. They're the coolest knives I've ever had..if had those cool cases I'd be thrilled!

I was supposed to receive a Damascus knife a present received wrong one,my brother tried to resolve issue but person he spoke to, told him they rarely make mistakes, and whoops! deal with customer service to resolve issue.
