Great service from Arslan on our wedding rings , created exactly what we wanted , very pleased.

I went with my husband to purchase a full diamond eternity ring. The price I was quoted was £5000 and I was told they would make it and it would be beautiful. The stones are nice but the gold in the ring is really thin. I feel they really skimped on the gold and although it is pretty it doesn't seem like a £5000 ring. I would not get something made by them. If it is in the shop and you can see the quality that's okay.
Since writing my review I have been contacted by Almaas and they have asked me to return to the shop with my ring and they will see if they can correct my disappointment in the quality of the setting. We very much appreciate the opportunity to see if this problem can be resolved. dated 23/04/2026.

I had a great experience with Almaas Diamonds from start to finish. The whole process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. Mohammed was the main person I dealt with and he was excellent throughout, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely helpful, taking the time to explain everything clearly and make sure I was comfortable with my decision.

Arslan was also fantastic and helped bring the price down so we could reach a really fair agreement, which I truly appreciated. Both guys were professional, honest, and easy to deal with, which made the experience even better. I’m very happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend Almaas Diamonds to anyone looking for quality jewellery and great customer service.

I paid on a deposit on a diamond with Bronze the store Almaas own across the street which had a major flaw not told to me until after I had paid. In fairness to the store I didn't ask about that characteristic. The flaw was first noted on the receipt which was also the first time that the deposit was non refundable was told to me (after I had paid it). The receipt was also not given to me in store and was emailed to me so I read it after leaving the store.

I phoned and emailed to discuss with the store multiple times as soon as I realized this and went to the store twice in person. The phone calls or emails were not answered and management were not available when I went to store for a variety reasons that changed depending on who I asked in the store. On the last visit I was asked to leave the store in a rude manor and had to revert to my credit card company to help my retrieve the deposit.

This should have been able to be dealt with between me and the store however their attitude made this impossible. It is the worse experience I have ever had making a purchase.

I would suggest people use other diamond stores in the area.
