I ordered a phone 2 years ago I received the phone after a week this time waited i two month I canceled it and now I'm chasing for a refund I don't understand what happened to them probably ran out of stock and money if u even try to buy something now it says there are no payment methods available.

WARNING: Unfairly withholding funds and refusing refunds (Order 474879). I placed an order on Nov 17, 2025, which was never delivered. Allzone admits they owe me a refund but refuses to pay via bank transfer or the original method, claiming 'technical limitations'. They are forcing the customer to handle the refund through bank disputes (chargeback) to avoid their legal obligations.

I have already filed a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC) and a criminal complaint for fraud with the Public Prosecutor's Office. Stay away from this store.

Purchased June 2025 - never arrived. It has taken me until December 16th 2025 to get my money back. I emailed an official letter quoting the law !! Avoid at all costs

I ordered around August 24 and today, November 1, I still haven’t received anything. After a month, the order was still “in preparation”, so I contacted support. They told me to cancel, which I did — but since then, I only get the same automated emails saying they’ll reply within 48 or 96 hours, and nobody ever does.

It’s ridiculous — they even include a smiling photo of a “support agent” in their emails as if it’s a joke. The worst part is that they have apps on Google Play, Apple Store, and even a YouTube and Instagram page, making them look legitimate. It’s a complete scam.

I paid for iPhone 15 €603. Since May, 21 within two weeks these guys didn’t send my order, I cancelled my order, and after that during another 3 weeks they can’t return my money! Never buy anything from them, never pay them, they’re just thieves and scammers.

This company is a rip off and scam.
They will gladly take your money but when you send the item back exactly as they tell you for a refund they don't issue you a refund but keep the goods. When you ask about the refund they keep saying they're sorry and looking into it , but it's all lies, they just keep fobbing you off. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

After waiting for more than three months and mt last request to AllZOne.I did not get the refund of my 490. 29 euros. I have filed a complaint against the company to the toledo consumer administration to get the refund. Please make the refund ASAP.If I do not receive the amount, then I have no choice but to go to an even higher level to take legal action against the company. I know, I am not alone with whom you did it, there are many like me. Please consider my case and initiate the refund process ASAP without wasting your and my time.

Order 360307 placed on 17/12//2024 was not delivered, I got a message that a refund was processed, but I still do not have the money in my account! I keep getting an email response that the refund has been ordered, but I have been waiting for over 2 months! Scam

Non-existent customer service. Do all they can in order NOT to resolve issues.
Bought an American-style fridge freezer from this company. It failed under warranty and could not be repaired. They told me I would have to take it to a recycling centre (at my expense - a very big and heavy item!) and obtain a certificate of destruction. They said they would only give a refund (more than €700) if I sent them the certificate. When I objected and insisted they collect, they then said that my address did not exist! They then said that their courier tried to collect ( they didn’t - and gave me no notice anyway) and that they would deduct the cost of collection from my refund if it happened again. Their courier company did not arrange any collection with me (even though I gave them my telephone number, full address and WhatsApp pin) and again lied that they tried to collect.
I subsequently only had a resolution thanks to the manufacturer providing me with a new replacement. This was SIX WEEKS after the unit failed.
Allzone are liars and I fully agree with the other reviews here that say they are nothing more than online scammers. DO NOT USE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.

Fraud. The order hasn't been shipped and refunded. Have to claim to police

I bought a Asus laptop and it does not work correct.
The company reacts on email with asking to fill in a formulation. I did 3 times. I wrote emails, I tried to call them, I asked for beeing called back. They know the problem but do not react. It seems to be scam.
I have to fix it with a lawyer I think.
