I placed an order at the end off April, international , so it’s gonna take some time. But now it’s June and my emails have gone unanswered. Guess I can kiss my money goodbye. This place is awful.

4 weeks now I’ve been chasing this guy for my refund due to the sheer dishonesty, told me all my stuff was posted , get a package and a note inside saying the hoodie will be posted when in.

Not heard a thing back ,I now know why he had mo contact number, easier for him to fob off emails. Just tumbleweed, if only he was honest with folk instead of lying .

WHERES MY REFUND

Quality items at good price. There were some issues with delays but Allyness explained why this was and maintained comms. Happy with my goods.

I have seen some pretty awful reviews and I can understand the frustrations. Allyness is a veteran owned business whose target market is other veterans. Vets aren't ordinary people and have always supported each other through good times and bad. If there is a problem with your order, speak to the guy like a vet, and gain an understanding. Maybe you can even help the guy to help you to help others.

Knocking the guy will not help him build his business. First seek to understand.

Ordered nearly £100 worth of kit, never arrived, fobbed off time and time again with excuses, they stopped messaging when I asked for my money back. I would strongly recommend not using this company.

Ripped Off

Ordered an item of clothing weeks ago, hasn’t arrived. Emailed Allyness.com few times but nobody as returned my emails. Terrible company!!!

Generally don't like to leave a negative review but you can only be so tolerant and polite.
Ordered batch of stickers on 4th Jan and straight away shown as shipped.
A few days later as item didn't arrive I contacted them.
Informed it was on route so to me means its in the post. Still no sign.
Contact them again to be told" I had a personal issue going on," ok fair enough.
Still no sign bit told on route again....nothing.
Last contact and told its delayed at printers........Still no sign.
Asked for refund two emails sent....tumbleweed no response.
I have now had to speak to my credit card provider.
OK not a great amount spent but its principals and being upfront.
If the item is not in stock, say so or advertise the fact don't take the funds and string a customer along.
I am all for supporting small businesses and appreciate its hard times at the moment and especially fellow veterans.
Maybe my experience is one of those bad days, maybe need a debrief to sort it out.
Look after your customers and they will return...

Gave 1 star as it would not accept no star…….deserves minus 5 stars. This is a veteran owned/run company……. So it actually hurts me to put a negative review…..my husband is a veteran and my son is currently serving. But……bad is bad…….. ordered an item mid November as a Xmas gift. Literally no contact from the company at all…… I had to keep messaging via Instagram as recieved no reply from other means. Even then I would ask a question and often all they did was like my comment…no answer. Continually I asked where my item was….. and the few replies I did get all said “enroute” which told me it was imminent. However a couple of days before Xmas still nothing and I was left without a gift as by then it was too late to buy anything else. So disappointed. Especially as my son only had a couple of days leave and did really want the item…… I was so upset. So I asked for a refund……. Answer “Roger” no apologies…… and 2 weeks later…… still no refund so will now have to go to my credit card to retrieve. Unprofessional. Unhelpful. Disappointing. Company needs to fold…… I don’t say that lightly…… as I have seen other comments similar throughout the year…… and have seen their replies “supplier let us down”….. that has been going on too long now, at no point do they even tell you they don’t actually have the product!!!!! AVOID.
