Urgent: Refund Request for Undelivered Order #72935
Good afternoon,
I am writing regarding my order #72935 (UPS tracking number: 1ZEA07970336991979), which I have not received, despite it being marked as delivered.
I have followed all the recommended steps: checked around my house, contacted neighbors and relatives, and searched thoroughly, but unfortunately, the package is nowhere to be found.
I also contacted UPS directly, and they were unable to assist me, advising me to reach out to you as the seller.
What concerns me the most is that my previous messages have gone unanswered. I do not understand why my emails are being ignored. I am trying to resolve this situation calmly and fairly, but I am not receiving any support.
As of today, I still have not received my order, and this situation is very upsetting for me.
According to consumer protection laws in the State of Delaware, the seller is responsible for assisting the customer in such situations, not ignoring their requests. I kindly ask you to take this matter seriously and provide proper support.
At this point, I must insist on a full refund, as the order was never delivered to me.
If this issue continues to be ignored, I will have no choice but to escalate it further by contacting the appropriate consumer protection authorities. I will also begin sharing my experience publicly, including posting reviews on Trustpilot and discussing this situation on social media to raise awareness.
Please treat this matter with urgency and seriousness, and proceed with issuing a refund for the undelivered order.
