Be aware of the 20% restocking fee for the “high quality” t-shirts, like Camber. I’d be more understanding about the restocking fee of 20% if the t-shirt price was competitive but the shirts are about 2+ times the cost of other t-shirts with similar quality, in my opinion. It seems like double dipping on profit to me. There’s a premium on the front end price that’s at least 2x of other shirts and then the return restocking fee is high on that same premium price shirt. How much money does it cost to restock a t-shirt anyway? $$$

The highly rated Camber clothing came with discoloration on one of the shirts and in my opinion, were not that high quality with a neckline that was weak. I don’t think they were true to size either. I’m tall and broad. This 3XL is made for someone more wide than tall. So if you’re just a big person, the sizes will be too short.

Very responsive customer service. Their customer service blackmailed me to change my 1 star review to a 3 star review just to allow me to return the shirts. At a 20% charge to me of course. I guess I added the four extra stars for a responsive customer service.

Waited weeks for one out of stock item. Had to call to learn that I could simply pick another color. Sweatshirt was nice but too oversized. Between restocking fee (I overlooked the warning) and return shipping, it cost me $36 to try on that sweatshirt. I do not see this company succeeding.

Another outstanding order with All USA Clothing. This order was shipped quickly as usual, with the bonus of a sale price. There is no other shopping site that is better.

This is actually the greatest hoodie I have ever worn. And to price made it even better

Ordered t-shirts they came and didn't fit. Emailed on how to send them back to exchange. Received an email on the on the instructions. Returned the t-shirts, got new ones in no time. The gentleman handling this was professional and answered all my questions very promptly as well. I would order again and definitely recommend USA clothing

Waited for special "tall XL" order and received excellent communication from order dept. throughout! These t-shirts are exceptionally made and well worth the wait! Just wish the price could come down a bit, but I guess everything is expensive now! Heavy fabric and minimal shrinkage, my husband LOVES them!!!

If you are looking for outstanding quality and great customer service, you have found the right place. I ordered two Camber hoodies from All USA Clothing and they arrived within just a couple of days. Prior to ordering, when I had some sizing and availability questions, I contacted Mike who was very prompt with responses and let me know what they had available in my size and color. Definitely planning on ordering from them again and for sure will be buying more Camber items for me and for gifts.

I had a disappointing experience with All USA Clothing. I purchased a jacket for $166.57, which I absolutely loved, however upon laundering (following the care instructions exactly) it still shrank. When I reached out in December, customer service was dismissive and refused to help. I live in the North East so I decided to donate the jacket, hoping someone could use it. Several weeks later when I pursued a chargeback as a last resort, they were unprofessional and rude in their responses, offering only a $66.57 refund—a fraction of what I paid.

I expected better customer service and accountability for misleading care instructions. Would not recommend.

All USA has the worst return policy. Hope you are satisfied with your order because between the restocking hit and postage you might as well take your order to the homeless shelter which is what I did. Terrible communication. Numerous numerous emails before getting return authorization. They all said the same thing.

Absolutely amazing service, and high quality goods. The entire experience purchasing from them was an 11/10. I will 110% be buying from them again soon.

I would like a give HUGE thank you to the Stephany Ross and Team ! A few months ago I discovered allUSAclothing and there quality pieces Camber,Bayside, and the ALLUSA brand itself . All I can say is that the quality is second to none , the customer service is second to none !
