I ordered a product it said on it's website was in stock. They were quick to confirm the order but still haven't sent or delivered the product. I've sent email requesting an update. No response. Stay away from this vendor

After some problems with this product and a complaint to them, the business came up trumps and did the right thing by offering a substantial refund (not enough to cover my costs) which was much appreciated. They also said they were in the process of improving their product and finding new suppliers. As one if the few businesses in this area, I hope they can improve and provide a great product for Australia.

A pretty rough experience, taking into consideration the current covid epidemic and shortage of supplies,
My emails and phone calls went unanswered, only after numerous attempts did i receive a sms response.. To be told further delays were expected. Upon 2 months of further delays, i again heard nothing, i then reached out and was told the item is just sitting there, and will be shipped tomorrow. I asked if there was an explanation, the question was completely avoided.. customer service is completely absent.. please don't bother with these guys.
I doubt there's even a team involved, it seems there's 1 gentlemen behind a mob whos too afraid to answer calls

the unit is handy and looks good to cover the ugly aircon unit. it would have been better if the unit came with the holes drilled, it was quite difficult to put together without holes. some of the timber was a bit knocked around. Quality could have been better for the price.

The product took a long time to arrive and when it did, it was flimsier than I expected. It’s really just ok.

Emailed to ask what screws I would have to buy as the package came with no screws or instructions, and nobody had the time to email me back. Then obviously had to go buy screws to be able to put the cover together

Shipping was 2 months later than expected, I understand covid restrictions but this seems long and I had to chase them for updates as opposed to being informed.
