Alltricks is simply the best!
Alltricks is, at this moment in time, THE best company to buy MTB components from. Only has one Achilles Heel - Wheels. It could do much better in that department. In everything else is absolutely amazing. Great site, great information, amazing availability of all the products that I need, top notch prices and, the icing on the cake, I buy a ton of material from then and within 48 hours it arrives in my home, thousands of miles away. Because they work with the two best logistics I've ever seen - French Chronopost and DPD when the goods arrive in Portugal. It is absolutely amazing!!!!

Worst customer service ever!
Worst customer service ever!
I've returned two items, one was defective and the other was just the wrong part I needed. After more than 1 month since I contacted them about it I got the refund for the 1st item however the refund for the 2nd item is nowhere to be found. Their phone support just refers me to e-mail support which in turn takes days or weeks even to reply if they do reply(!!), and simply doesn't read your email just copy & pastes some scripted text. I strongly advise to NOT buy anything from them.
