I ordered shoes, and they were delivered on time. Due to them not fitting, I had to send them back. This was over a month ago. I still have not received my money back.
Ordered some pairs of Nike running socks (54 EUR), May, 26th. Until now, 3 weeks later, nothing received, no money payback, nothing. I've sent an email to their customer support, June 3th, one email back "have forwarded your case to our department, so they will try to locate your order", since then quiet. I've sent several reminders, no reaction. Company to avoid, waste-of-time and money.
I placed an order (Order number: 250510T071181329 – backpack of €159.99 start of May) which never arrived and, according to the tracking information, was returned to the sender. Despite sending multiple messages, I received no response from the company.
Eventually, I managed to reach a customer support representative, but they shifted the responsibility to another department, claiming they were waiting for confirmation that the returned item had been received. Until then, I was told nothing could be done except to wait.
The company claims that a credit note is issued within 72 hours of receiving a returned item, but there is no plan I see other than bringing awareness to other users. The process seems designed to frustrate customers to the point where many might simply give up on pursuing their refund.
This feels like an online shopping trap. I would not recommend shopping here, until u have time and money .

Customer service is below zero. They mention "Our team is also available to you by email or phone." but when you click on it nothing happens. Unable to contact them! I ordered 2 things.... wondering when I will receive them.

Very disappointing! I do not recommend them.
I ordered a product from their website, when it was clearly stated that the delivery would arrive within 3 days. In reality, it arrived after 6 days - too late for the trip I needed the product for. I had to buy something else urgently, and I wasted both time and money.
I paid 5 euros for shipping - and since the delay was their fault, I would have expected at least that they would take responsibility. But no - now they are asking me to pay shipping again to return a code I have nothing to do with.
I contacted the service several times - and the answers were laconic, unhelpful, and mostly frustrating.
So not only did I miss the product on time, not only did I pay double - I also wasted my time on unnecessary hassle they caused.
Bottom line: poor service, irresponsibility, zero attention to the customer.
I recommend thinking twice before buying from them.
I ordered a Nike running band to hold my iphone. I never received a confirmation email of my order, let alone the product itself. There is no way to contact them when you look at their website. Stay away from buying here unless you want to part ways with your money
Untill this company resolves their issues I recommend not to order from this site.

No updates what so ever on the site. The status of my order said "waiting for payment,".

If you want to send them a email you have to go through a lot of misdirections. The website support is.. well...sh*t..
After sending the order back it has been weeks and multiple emails to get in touche with them and it feels like you have to battle to get your own money back.
At the end things progressed a bit faster but still, they cant do this now a days.

Fix and rebrand alltricks.
I ordered an item on the 5th of December. Item has been paid directly through iDeal, and amount has been withdrawn from my bankaccount, but is still in my Alltricks cart. So no order number and no item. There are technical issues, but the telephone number on website can't be reached and my email from a couple of days ago has not been answered yet. I will try again, but this is quite frustrating.
Update: after 2 mails the payment and order got confirmed.
All was fine, was a loyal customer until my last 4 orders were paid but never processed…
I am absolutely fed up with this company’s incompetence. I placed an order, paid in full, and I’ve been stuck in customer service limbo for an entire week. Their system still says my paid order is "waiting for payment," and they’ve been completely impossible to reach.
I’ve tried everything:
- Calling their customer service line (no answer)
- Sending multiple emails (no replies)
- Using their website support (it doesn’t work)
Their payment system is a complete mess. As a first-time customer, I’m shocked by how unprofessional and careless they are with my order. It feels like they took my money and just disappeared.
I’ve wasted hours trying to get someone—anyone—to help me, and all I’ve gotten is silence. Their lack of communication is beyond frustrating—it feels like they just don’t care. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Save yourself the trouble and stay far away. I’ll be reporting them to consumer protection and sharing my terrible experience everywhere I can.

I ordered 2 Conti Race GP 4 seasons tyres at the 30 of november. Alltricks did not deliver them. i'm very Sad about that. Its also not possible to contact them. Now I lost 104 euros
I never got a confirmation of the payment and order but I paid. I do not know if I will get my order. I paid on the 4th of December.
Ordered reebok shoes, paid for it and Till now, 3 weeks later, didn’t receive a thing.
Sending an e-mail had no result because they didn’t reply.
The money is gone and so are my shoes.

On December 9, I paid for Lowe Tibet 224.99 Euro using IDEAL. The money went straight away. But on the website it still says "waiting for payment". No answer to my questions for 3 days.

What a disgraceful site! I ordered running shoes and paid. Never received a conformation. In my shopping account it mentions that I didn't pay yet. Nobody that you can reach, you can't even send an email. A scam!
After this review I received an answer with a number I could call. THis was very helpful. The order has subsequently been processed sift and without any problems.
The issue seems to be the lack of a customer service contact nr of email for the Dutch site. Combined with technical issues in the backend with ideal payments.

I order a backpack on Alltricks. My bank has confirmed that I paid it. However, I didn't receive any confirmation letter from Alltricks. So I checked the account on the Alltricks website. It shows I didn't complete the payment..... I feel it is a scam because I can not find any contact way on the website. That is why I check the Alltricks review here. No surprise, that there are a lot of the same experiences people have here. This is a very risky company. Really bad shopping experience, I hope nobody will get scammed again here. Now I have no idea how can I get my money back. Truly sad. Pathetic.

We ordered three pairs of socks on November 25th. Payment was confirmed and €40 was withdrawn from our bank account. The website estimated delivery between 27-29 November. Now its December 6. We wrote the customer service and included a proof of payment and still no one responded to us and no socks are shipped untill now. The website says 'Payment pending' but this is not true.

As other customers have stated the website currently has some issues with the payment processing. However, I called customer service and they could manually confirm or cancel my order payment. So no, it is not a scam, but yes it is currently having technical issues.

One packaging is still missing, and Alltricks customer service has provided no response or solution. This level of service is unacceptable for such an expensive purchase.
