SCAMMED: Broken e-bike, no motor, and ZERO customer support
I am extremely disappointed and feel completely scammed by Alltricks. I purchased an electric bike (Order #260406T074013950) that arrived as an expensive 30kg paperweight. The battery is damaged, and the motor does not function at all.
I reported these issues immediately, but the company has gone completely silent. I have contacted their support almost every single day for nearly 14 days, and I have received zero feedback. They have my money, and I am left with a broken bike that was clearly not inspected before shipping.
It is unacceptable for a major retailer to ignore a customer after sending a faulty product. I am now forced to escalate this through a bank chargeback and the European Consumer Centre.
⚠️WARNING TO OTHER BUYERS: Avoid this store at all costs. Their "deals" are not worth the risk. Go to a local shop or a store that actually values its customers and provides post-sale support. Save yourself the headache and the financial loss

What's not to like?
I've just bought the bike I wanted with a genuine 10% reduction on the shop price. Delivery was free and the bike will arrive in the next day or so. What's not to like?

Seller kept both the customer’s money and the carrier compensation after the parcel was confirmed lost.
I want to share my experience with Alltricks regarding a lost parcel and the refusal to refund.
I placed an order which was shipped from France via Chronopost with final delivery handled by DPD in Belgium. The parcel was never delivered to me.
According to the official investigation, DPD and Belgium Ombudsman Poste confirmed that the parcel was lost at their depot in Flémalle and that this information had already been communicated to Chronopost on 3 March.
Despite this confirmation that the parcel was lost during transport and never delivered, Alltricks customer service stated that they would not issue a refund.
More than 30 days passed since the purchase, and the seller still refused to refund the order even after the carrier confirmed that the parcel was lost.
The case has now been escalated through multiple official channels, including:
– a complaint to the Belgian postal ombudsman regarding DPD
– mediation with the La Poste / Chronopost mediator
– a consumer complaint filed with the French consumer protection authority via SignalConso (DGCCRF)
Consumers should be aware that if a parcel is lost during delivery, the seller remains responsible until the goods are physically received by the customer.
An additional important fact: the parcel was officially confirmed as lost by DPD at the depot in Flémalle. This confirmation was communicated to Chronopost and to the seller. The postal ombudsman also confirmed that the parcel was lost.
This means the seller was aware that the parcel had never been delivered and that compensation from the carrier had already been initiated. Despite having both the customer's payment and the carrier compensation for the lost parcel, the seller still refused to issue a refund.
Such behaviour clearly violates basic consumer protection principles and the legal responsibility of the seller for delivery.
I hope this review helps other customers understand how this situation was handled.
