Scam

They charge u when u crate an account and refuse to refund, also they tell people to leave a good review by promising them that this will result in a refund. Its a big time scam!

I tried to get the £8.39 that was taken…

I tried to get the £8.39 that was taken out of my bank for lost luggage at Heathrow airport, it tried charging me twice i then spoke to an adviser that then asked me for proof of my cancer diagnosis??? What??? Absolutely nothing to do with the context I was asking about Absolutely ridiculous scam!!!

I NEVER SIGNED UP.. . I DONT EVEN KNOW WHO THE ARE OR WHAT THEY DO. THEY DONT ANSWER MY EMAILS OR ON FEB 13 THEY WROTE THE ACCOUNT WAS CLOSED AND WERE GOING TO REFUND ME MY MONEY.
THEY CHARGED ME AGAIN!!!!
I AM SO ANGRY....SUCH CROOKS, scammers
