More than 3 months and I never received my order and no email answered.

These people charged my wife's credit card and she never ordered anything from them. 100% rip-off scam artists and need to be stopped. We had to cancel the card and get a new one. Thanks a lot, idiots!

I have ordered two bras now and they have not arrived so I have needed to contact my bank to get my money back. I shall be reporting them to the financial ombudsman to ensure that they can’t trade anymore. Disgusting

I wish I could give less than 1 star. This company is a scam. They charge your card multiple times, and they never ship the item you ordered. They do not respond to customer service emails. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Pieces of sh!t how do you sleep at night. ALL I BOUGHT WAS EYELASH SERUM FOR £6 AND YOU CHARGED ME EXTRA £40

It's been 1 month and a half and I have not received my order. And when you email them it's the wrong email address.

SCAM!!!!!!! TRENDING BEAUTY-- 2 1/2 months and still no eye lashes. they kept charging me little charges, some 4 times a day. finally cancelled my card and got a new one. Now I filed a fraud claim against them thru my bank! I don't know how they sleep at night

be careful purchasing from this company. they will charge you a $40 membership fee. I also started getting weird charges from US tthelp.net and FedEx about a week later, so I called my bank and they told me it was fraud. My cards are now cancelled. So be careful and check your bank account!!

After months of waiting I finally got the magnetic eye lashes and they were cheap pieces of crap!!!

So hello all, I came in your club too, i am in the same trap like u guys I just finished with my credit bank, with phone calls, emails, again phone cals....and so on.....
So in order to stop to be charged every month with that 3:95$, i canceled my credit card, now i need to wait for 10 days fo a new one, I lost more than one hors to do all this.....
and of course I didn't get my order which i made it in 25 September 2017, today is 3 Nov 2017, no answers at my emails, ..... my order was like 45$ bit they over charge me - 65$
I dont understand why nobody stop them!!!!
this is total SCAM, I will never order over internet and for sure not in US!

I finally got my magnetic eyelashes that I ordered Sept 19th and received them Oct 31. First, I have not tried them yet, but they look kinda small. Will probably only cover about 2/3 of my eyelid. Also, I was over charged $ 15.99 and have sent several emails regarding this and I get a response saying it has been received and under review. Also they send the policy and a list of how it all works. You know the stuff that is in the website. All of which I have read. Pretty sure I will not get the $ 15.99 back, but I won't stop bugging them about it for quite a while. Gives me a good way to vent. So,

Website is gone. Never answers email and no phone numbers.
I feel sorry for NewLegitimate online stores, people will not trust again, for fear of the same will happen.

it's been 4 months since I placed my order, every time I contact them to complain, I get an automatically generated reply. SCAMMERS

I have not received my order yet & it's been over a month ago, plus it's telling me it was shipped VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

I did place an order in August of 2017. Received the order. BUT They charge my credit card $3.93 monthly for something that I did not authorize. There is no phone number to contact them. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!

I ordered a few things on aug 11,2017 and it is oct 31st and I still haven't received items. I've emailed many times I get the same response back each time. Same stock answer back! I want my money back but no one even responds! Don't order from here!!! I'm so annoyed!

totally unreliable... they ship junk and the keep charging card for no reason

I bought two bras for 26$ and then after not receiving my order for over 3 months I called my bank to report it as fraud and was able to get credit on my account from it. Still don't have my package. Don't ever buy from them.

I ordered from them the beginning of September it took 6 weeks for me to get anything and when I received the items it was nothing like it showed on the site that I would be ordering. Plus every 2 weeks since I placed the order they have been adding charges on my credit card . I've tried emailing them several times and every time I get an email failure notice. So I've now had to dispute with my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
