I ordered 3 items. I was told they would be delivered next day. 1 item arrived the next day, 1 item arrived 2 days later. I have not yet received the 3rd item...
I I should have been told the items were not in stock and given the choice whether I wanted to go ahead with the order.

Hello there. We can confirm that 1 item was delivered next day. Another item was delivered on Good Friday when we were actually closed. The remaining item is out for delivery today. The extra delay on this is due to the fact that we do not work on weekends or bank holidays. We sometimes part ship orders to ensure that you have goods that are readily available asap. We can always hold off on this practice if requested to do so.

Also in one of the packs of bankers boxes I got 5 lids and only 4 boxes!
No not the driver they were in a cardboard pack so the makers/packer must have left one out!
Despite teething ATO came good and comped me some boxes. In the end I would use again as the price is fair and they have good products!

Best company ever to get our stationary & office supplies! Very friendly and helpful staff. We bought a shredder in November and we recently started having issues with it, Aaron was great to deal with helping us to narrow down what the issue could be and sent out a replacement shredder with no hesitation. Delivery is super fast & we have never any issues with missing items etc.
