Easy to order, clearly stated the Travelers Company items were preorder and there would be a lead time for these and any other items ordered at the same time - great communication to make it clear what would happen at point of ordering. Once I received the items they were beautifully presented with some additional items as a thank you together with a handwritten note too. Very impressed and I would order from here again without hesitation.

The reason for the long despatch time is because there were preordered Traveler’s Notebook diaries with your order which only arrived last week. The preordered Traveler’s Notebook diaries had in their title that they were a preorder item and in the description explaining how the preorders and any non preordered products bought at the same time would be processed and when.
