Absolutely shocking

Absolutely shocking. All I wanted to do was pay for a £3 parking ticket. The machines didn’t accept coins, the card reader didn’t work and my bank advised it couldn’t complete the transaction to get the free 5 day subscription. So I parked elsewhere! Meanwhile the app has downloaded and I was automatically signed up to a monthly payment subcription

Scam

Had an unsolicited e mail promising me all sorts of video packages. No idea how this came about, but there grammar wasn't right - "once you sign up"..... then "as you've accepted our trial period, you'll be debited £24.99 in 5 days."
Also my checked e mail and password in asterisks had the wrong number of characters
Google searches showed a company out of Cyprus with the main body in USA. Similar to the First Rewards scam which went unchecked for years.
Credit card company cannot prevent future payments, so cancelled the card.

they put fake QR codes onto legitimate parking places and you think you’re paying for parking but Alltainment are scamming your bank details. The parking apps do literally nothing about it. Cancel your cards immediately

Piggy backed onto my ITVX registration

Piggy backed onto my ITVX registration. Total scam. I got an email from them this morning saying they will take £24.99 from my account every 32 days! Immediately phoned my bank and got them to block any withdrawal attempts from this company.

Paying for car parking

Paying for car parking, scanned the QR code and was diverted to Alltainment from the Ringo QR code.
The app asked for a credit card which we provided and then transaction did not proceed for parking. Next day I have email saying free subscription for 5 days then charge of 24.99 every 32 days . Could not cancel so reported to my bank fraud team who have blocked it.
Because no payment went through to Ringo we could have received a parking ticket.

Total Scammers

Same as everyone else on here. I purchased some furniture from Wayfair and in the leaflet I received with the products offered a free guarantee. To do this I was asked to scan a QR code to activate the guarantee at which time I was asked for my e-mail address and to create a password. After doing this I was asked for credit card details to 'activate' the guarantee. I was then texted by my bank to inform me that I was actually being charged 24.99 which would be a recurring payment monthly. At that point I cancelled the payment and the bank cancelled my card. Be careful this is an absolute 100% scam!!!!

Should be 0 stars because this is Fraud.

My details were hacked whilst paying for parking. Alltainment are criminals and now they have taken over £50.
I've tried to cancel trial and subscription but it didn't work so I've cancelled my payment card.
Should be put in Jail

Like a lot of other people

Like a lot of other people, I was redirected from RingGo to Alltainment. I cancelled my card and stopped any further payments. The bank found a £1 deduction the same day from (medtots). I called the number on the alltainment email confirmation of membership (!) and someone did reply, and said they have cancelled the subscription and no payments will be taken. I've told RingGo that their app is being piggybacked and they're looking into it..........

Had to pay for a parking ticket in town, googled the app and filled in my details, then realized it wasn't the parking app, didn't fill in any bank details closed the app then deleted it, they still managed to somehow get my bank details and take £24.99 out of my account, how???? payment showed up as MG-DGI.COM as suspected could not find this on the internet! after reading other reviews here I am convinced it is Alltainment that has done this! get no response from them whatsoever, have had to cancel my card!

SCAMMERS.

SCAMMERS.
I used a google approved QR scanner from the playstore, when I tried to use it I got an add from what I thought was the company whose QR code I had used, it told me I had a free subscription but wanted my credit card details.
I then read that the 'subscription' is free for 5 days then its about £25 per month forever.
I complained to google about the app and now have to phone my credit card company to ensure nothing is taken from my account
