Sadly, these people do not stand by their word.

AllSurfacing resurfaced our track a year ago, giving us a 10 year guarantee against potholes, and initially we were very pleased with the work. We actually chose AllSurfacing because of the guarantee, since we thought it meant they were confident in their work. However, since then 17 potholes have progressively opened up in the surface, some of them now about a metre in diameter. We have contacted AllSurfacing four times about this, and although they replied to the first email they have ignored the follow on emails, and done nothing to repair the potholes. So it would appear that if you are being offered a guarantee by AllSurfacing you should be very cautious.
Update: It is now February 2026 and it is clear that AllSurfacing are not going to honour their agreement to maintain the track. After three years of a 10 year guarantee the track is more or less back to the bad state it was in before they did the work. Even worse, it turns out that the gravel they used in the supposed "polymer" surface treatment has been destroying our tyres. The garage has shown me the damage being made by these small stones, which seem to be small flints. This is both extremely disappointing and becoming very expensive.
