VA Disability denials.

They helped me on 2 va disability denials and got me approved. I was kept informed of all aspects and what to expect. Everybody that I spoke to answered all my questions. I even had one employee go above and beyond what my expectations were on some paperwork, she made my experience with this issue so easy and I felt she poured her heart into my issues. I would definitely recommend using this company and would use allsup again if need be. These people are great, knowledgeable and care about you and their services they provide. GREAT JOB, ALLSUP. Awesome Allsup

This company is grate. Allsup is super awesome. They helped me and ensure that all documents were submitted on time and accurately. They represented me very well, taking care of business as I was going from ER to ER fighting not to die. Allsup made it easier. They provided the cover I needed to survive. While the war is still raging, I am greateful for how far they have helped me to get the benefits I am entitled for,

I'm still in disbelief

I'm still in disbelief. I've used Allsup for my deceased ex-husband (they helped win his award), patients, and now me for the horrible side effects I've suffered and am suffering from chemotherapy. Today, Brandon Kortgard, Senior Advocate, notified me that I was awarded a Fully Favorable decision. I don't know exactly how that shakes out, but I am so grateful to Brandon and the team at Allsup for getting me through the finish line.

Brandon Kortgard Charles Dirk Chapman case

I question all these great reviews

Edit, changing to a 1 star as I never received a call or any communication as their reply stated I would. I have only requested 1 phone call since I began this process and was told my representative would call within 24 to 48 hours. When I didn't receive a call I emailed back and was told she was just really busy. I've never experienced such bad customer service.

I'm very confused on all these great reviews. I opened a case with them in April. I got an initial call from my representative. I have emailed questions without a straight answer so have asked multiple times for a call from my representative and no response at all. I email my updated doctor information with no response as to if they were received and forwarded. I have been underwhelmed with the communication and regret my choice to go with them.

Not a good company to work with

This is not a good company to work with I call them and call them and call them they always say my team member is not available they have not called me to help me at all you can sign up with them easily very easy but that's about it I've been trying to call them for 2 weeks and I'm not getting a response back it's definitely a scam it should not be that hard to talk to somebody because it doesn't seem right that I can't get in touch with nobody

Scam, will definitely charge you more

Never heard from my claim representative, after complaining about lack of contact, was assigned a new representative who did a little better job. After being awarded my claim, they were paid according to contract out of my lump sum. Two months later, I received a bill for thousands of dollars for “services” beyond what was covered by lump sump as agreed in contract.

We as vets write articulate statements of our goals. This firm reads those, apparently misunderstands them, calls you only to tell you they don’t do whatever and can’t help. At this point some of us are thinking - did you read the case notes?

Allsup made all the difference after 22…

Allsup made all the difference after 22 denial letters piling up they helped make my appeals process so simple. Went to a hearing after 2nd or third appeal and the judge decided on an approval of my ssdi claim in just a few minutes thanks to allsup. after the judge said he had heard enough I felt worried because I didn't really get asked much I felt like I needed to defend myself after being denied so many times all for different reasons. I accused them of age discrimination after my 3rd denial letter said "due to my young age of 33yrs old, you are capable of finding, learning, and adapting to new substantial work activities". I know age is taken into consideration of my overall determination but wouldn't have been the deciding factor then denied because the dr they approved by the state to evaluate you, which makes no sense to me since it takes much more than a single 15 minute session with a new doc to truly assess mental health status. Their doctor said I suffer from nothing more than slight nervousness. Diagnosed Bipolar 1, generalization anxiety/ panic disorders, ADHD, PTSD, OCD (I hate the ocd diagnosis everyone around, the moment is mentioned, all talk about how they have it ALWAYS, rarely do any of them understand the reality of the stress and anxiety and frustration when all you want is to grab your bacjbackpack and head out the door but stuck for 2 hours checking every pocket making sure everything is in it's place and packed. In tears because the frustration leads to a rage so intense it's beyond smashing things and throwing a tantrum. Especially when adhd is extra bad one day you forget gangway through your routine and need to start over and over and over again. Its beyond slight nervousness, also severe vertigo from damage to vestibular system from being denied care. And sensory issues sensitive
to sound and touch. I kept fighting their reasons for denials and they kept changing them. That time I sent all the notes written my my actual Psychiatrist and behavioral health therapist that allsup made sure I got filled out and said their doctor can't argue m_ medical history started with bipolar and anxiety diagnosed at age 17. And all doctors between then and current in agreement. That alone involves much more than getting nervous. Allsup made everything much easier, they don't send illegal denial letters when you have case management or lawyers anyone else watching. So was approved so quick so half I hired them. Then they helped with insurance and debt and also later months still checked in making sure everything was good and letting me know they were there to help me get back into a little work here and their workout losing benefits . Great company

Fantastic Company

Someone at my local hospital sent me Allsup's way. I had no idea what I was doing, and had hoped I could find someone to more or less "hold my hand" during this process. Best decision ever to say yes to Allsup. Every single person I spoke with had undeniable kindness, compassion, and patience. I was prompt with the work I needed to do, and they did all of the heavy lifting. Communication was a breeze, and they helped me get where I needed to go. I will be forever grateful and astonished by what they helped me accomplish. I will always sing their praises. These folks are truly saints, and I 1000% recommend them to anyone.
