I was really looking forward to celebrating my 25th birthday here, and had paid for a party of 7 to bowl up front. However, due to an issue beyond my control I was unable to make the booking and let them know two hours before via email. Having paid in full, I'd think it good practice for any business to do their best to accommodate us at another time, but all I got was a curt, dismissive response via email three days later. Think before you book!
They force you to buy their food if you want to bowl here! They won't let you book online if you're not eating...
Booking is really easy. Cancelling because one of your party has covid is a nightmare as they only accept email communicaiton for cancellations. They have a 72hr cancellation policy (which seems extreme) but we met that policy easily. I followed all the correct steps emailing them the cancellation request 4 days in advance. I resent 4 emails as they were not respnding. Ten days later they still haven't bothered respnding though of course they took my money within seconds of the original booking. From now on my rule is if you can't cancel an order the same way you can book, then the company are crooks and I won't do business with them. I am chasing this and I will get my money back one way or another. My advice is avoid them because they have zero customer service.
