Your order was actually dispatched within 12 hours of you placing the order with us and the unfortunate delay in this package getting to you seems to be due to the back log in US Customs at the piont of entry which is all down to the dreaded Trump Tariff's and the issues that this seems to be causing with customs. As you can see from the info i sent in the email to you, it seems as if this is not too far away from getting to you now.
I can only but apologize for this delay but we did not know you had not received it until we received your review today and this is why we lifted the phone and contacted you to explain the situation. So i appreciate your understanding on this matter.

They sent me the wrong trainers
They sent me the wrong trainers. Then I realise I have been charged a currency transaction fee of £3,50 (the company is based in Ireland). I contacted them about sending them back but they said they would not give me my £3.50 back as that was to do with the bank not them. I sent them my consumer rights and they did end up paying for it.
They did call me when they had received the trainers and arrange for the full refund without me chasing them so that was something.

However we do feel that your email is a little harsh and unwarranted due to the reasons below.
I apologize if you missed this but it is clearly stated in 4 different area's on our website that products from the "Teamwear Category" (from which your products are ordered from) can take 8-15 working days to be dispatched. Its stated on the product page, the description page, the terms and conditions and also after you completed your order at checkout. So i am very sorry if you missed this.
Your order was in fact dispatched on the 10th working day which was well within the timelines stated on our website. So we did deliver on our promise and again im sorry you did not see this or realize this when placing the order.
So the shipping time is not horrible. Its as advertised by us as we DO NOT try to hide this from you or any of our valued customers but unfortunately some customers do not read all the info on the products they are ordering which ends with an unfair review like this.
Thank you again for your order. It is very much appreciated and im very sorry it took a little longer than you expected even though we did deliver on our end of things.
