Struggled to secure a wide fit E2 Brooks Max 3. Was lucky to interact with a very positive team who were appreciative of my desire to buy the Max 3. Supplies are pretty low out in the wild.
Everything was seamless. The Assistant was professional in his attention to detail. Within 24 hours I was out walking in them. As they say in Dublin - I was delired.
Will return for my next pair!

To keep all our other shoppers informed of the events here i think we need to be very transparent and properly put thing in context here as this review can be contrained as very very misleading to our other customers based on the facts
Firstly thank you very much for your order with us. It is very much appreciated.
No its not been more than two months. Its actually been 6 weeks but this is due to the fact there was an issue with Adidas Teamwear deliveries and this was communicated to you.
There now has been a very unfortunate issue with delivery and the postal companies unfortunately losing the parcel. This is a one off and a very very unfortunate situation that sometimes happens in this day and age and is uncontrollable when the parcel leaves us.
We dispatched the parcel on time and as per our terms. The fact its been lost is really really unfortuante but these things hapen in life.
And as we have already communicated to you, you will not be out of pocket for this and we will get you your products or a refund. So there is no issue on that front.
Based on all of this important information we feel your review is very very misleading to our other customers
Thanks again and we will work with you and our postal partners to get this resolved as effcieintly as possible and again as comunicated to you, you will not be out of pocket for this issue. Yes its very annoying and believe me its as frustrating for us too.

The shipment arrived within the timeframe expected and when we contacted the store to check on the status of shipment the response time was great and contained all the information we needed to track the package.
