Excellent service on the day of installation, Dan & rob were excellent, communication throughout the day from early morning on a rainy day , they knew my vehicle was to big to be undercover so they done some smaller jobs first and then later in the day when weather improved they turned up to do the job , communication throughout from them , quick , professional service 5* thank you

I have given a one star review, unfortunately a no star review is not an option. My insurance company use this company so I really had no choice. My vehicle has a forward facing camera which has to be calibrated after the new screen is fitted. They said they could not calibrate because there was a problem with my vehicle. No problem with it when I drove it into their workshop. I was informed it would have to be done at a main dealer and Allscreens would pick up the bill and I have a worthless piece of paper to that effect.
No surprise that the dealer will not release my vehicle because the bill has not been paid.
Phone call to head office resulted in apologies and promise of a return call but no payment.
Do not touch these cowboys with a 50 foot bargepole.

Brilliant service, easy to book, came to me so no need to mess around with dropping off, genuinely nice guys in the Gloucester branch that did a first class job.

From start to finish the service has been nothing short of flawless.

From initial phone call requesting a new windscreen to organising a suitable date for fitting was brilliant.

New windscreen fitted in a few days from first enquiry, fabulous service.

Archie and Liam the technicians were amazing.

They phoned me the day before fitting to let me know they’d call again when they were on their way the next day which they duly did.

They arrived literally on the minute of when they’d said they would arrive which was outstanding.

Both Archie and Liam were very friendly, polite and did a brilliantly professional job.

Very polite staff, excellent waiting area, great service.

3 x failed visits. No one called to say they weren't coming or even an ETA call. Each time I phoned them to find out and just a waste of time. Would not recommend to anyone and would stick to using Autoglass - Pricey but worth it.

Had a home visit to repair a stone chip, repair couldn’t be done due to heavy rain but the very helpful Adam T gave me directions to the centre and fitted me straight in, home in time for the school run. Excellent service!
