Please be careful, This is not a site one should book from, the worst experience ever. Messed up our bookings, could not correct the problem, they don't answer & if anyone did they don't know how to help.
I am still in the process of fighting for a full refund

This was in December 2025. I made airline reservations to fly to Cancun (~4pm CST). Unfortunately, I made an error on the return flight. I called them back about 30 minutes later (~4:30pm CST) to cancel/reschedule the flight. Their website says this is not a problem if done within 24 hours of making the reservation. Anyway, they started out by telling me the reservation could not be changed. I was persistent about it until finally they said they would have to have a committee review and would call back. They finally emailed back (~8:30pm CST) and said they could not change, the airline declined the request. I called them again (after finally finding the secret to getting through). I went through the entire ordeal again only to have my request declined via email around 10:30pm CST. I angrily responded to this email with a reminder their website says refunds/cancellations allowed within 24 hours after making reservation. About 11:30pm CST, I received a phone call acknowledging my email reply. The person stated once again it will need to go to a committee review. About 1:30am CST I received an email stating the airline had agreed to my request and to let customer service know what I want to do ASAP as I only had 15 hours left. Obviously, I was asleep and didn't see the email until 6:30 am CST. I started calling and finally got through. Explained I wanted to cancel everything. After many phone calls I finally received on at 11:30am CST telling me the flight had been canceled and my refund issued. I then went directly to the airline and made the reservation and it was $200 less. Stay away from this company, they are extremely hard to deal with.

I have now received an email from them (four months later) that my flight reservations are ready to be approved. They say I left a note on the website asking for these which is bogus. I think they are scammers!

I hope this is a valid traveling agency. They don’t answer calls and it drop, along with long hold times. I should’ve used the airline website instead. It appears the tickets for my traveling dates are a lot less, than what I paid through “allsavingstravel.com. I never travel with Spirit Airlines I hope not to have issues. I heard and read about the airline services and issues. oh boy.
