The product I needed was in stock, it shipped fairly quickly. The website is easy to use. My only ding would be I thought the ground shipping charge was about double of what other products (other vendors) typically charge for that size and weight ship to my business.

On my last order I believe it was Kendra or Kendall. I complimented her on her service cuz she was outstanding. She had to look up a part you have never sold before. And go out to third party for results. She got back to me before I could even get my eggs cooked I was making breakfast. Complete with instructions and numbers and made my life very easy that morning. Apparently I must have gotten the email wrong and she notified me 2 hours later that she hadn't heard from me and should she proceed.
The part is brand new to your company and didn't have a number yet applied so logistically it was a poop show. But I received the product two days earlier than expected. Of the customer was very pleased and the product was OEM and right on the money. When I complimented her said you must know your way around a bit she said actually she was fairly new to the company.
My my interactions with most of your reps are as expected and sometimes they need a little help with description or direction with mechanics. This lady was pretty Sharp said she did no real previous restaurant experience mechanically. But I would have never known that by the interaction I had with her for the situation I was in stuck between a rock and a hard spot.
I'm sure you can find whether it is Kenda Kendra Kendra Kendall something Samson I think in my previous order which was over 600.
In any case she blew me away and I would hire her in a second in my company. She is really somebody to look at for advancement and rapid pay increase for her skills Head and shoulders above any other of dealt with.
