Fantastic depth and range of products that covers everything you need for travel, the outdoors and those must have gadgets and at a really broad range of price points to suit every budget. They back this up with excellent product knowledge and then really swift despatch and delivery service. Really impressed with the whole experience - I'll definitely be buying from them again!

There was only 7 minutes in between the order received email and the order dispatched email. Then when I realised that I had ordered the wrong item my call to return it was answered quickly, very courteously and a full refund was offered no questions asked.

I just wanted to write a quick review of the customer service provided by all outdoor. I don't think I've received better service anywhere these guys are excellent. Communication is fantastic and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

Thanks to Sara, the faulty backpack was replaced within 24 hrs. Excellent communication throughout the process and swift response to my complaint (within the next minute). Initially I though it was the acknowledgement to my email.
Overall good products and great customer service. Couldnt fault a thing.

First off, very quick & efficient customer service! I emailed about a problem with my debit card payment and worried about two payments going through and had a reply within ten minutes sorting my problem out.
Also, I really dislike buying stuff from amazon so do not mind paying an extra pound or two to get around the big companies :) Finally, in writing this, just had a popup saying item has been dispatched, all within 20 minutes, very happy man, thank you Alloutdoor and their C/S adviser Sara

After ordering an engraved penknife which then appeared to have been lost in the post, I was in contact with their customer services department over several days and they were truly excellent. Very prompt replies to my emails and an offer of a replacement product (even a higher cost one at no extra charge). Fortunately the missing item turned out to have been delivered to the wrong address by the Post Office and was re-directed by them to us. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company - they were outstanding from speed of dispatch of the item ordered to the quality of their customer service department when things didn't go to plan!

I spoke to a member of staff regarding a camping stove. Their product knowledge and genuine interest in how i'd be using them helped me make my final decision and I went through with the purchase. It arrived quickly and got me back out camping very quickly!

Tons of top quality stuff! I had looked on an auction site for my camping gear when I was off to the Isle Of Man.
However I decided to go with All Outdoor as wanted to bring the gear home and use it again.
All I can say is those few extra quid were well spent! My friends had gone down the auction site route and their gear was awful, thin, wasn't warm, wasn't waterproof and almost destroyed itself in a light breeze.
They all left their gear there!

Extremely quick delivery (arrived 2 days earlier than I expected), fantastic knife (leatherman wave) for a great price.

Very friendly and informative customer service, when I rang up to enquire about maintaining the knife and I was also given useful suggestions for use of various tools on the knife, that I would otherwise have overlooked.

I was going camping and forgot to order flameless flasks and only remembered 2 days before I was due to go. I searched the Internet but if I wanted it next day they were going to make me pay plenty for it that's for sure! Until I come across these guys! They charged a quarter of what everyone else was expecting for next day delivery. The product came with no hassle. Great honest company.

Sometimes you get the impression when you call an on-line based company that they are only interested in selling you products but have very little knowledge of what they are selling. Alloutdoor were totally different, they could answer all my questions with confidence, gave me excellent advise and my purchases arrived when expected. Totally happy with Alloutdoor, I will be using them again for sure.
