Pretty sleek operation

Pretty sleek operation, responsive to questions. The well packed iPhone 13 arrived a day earlier than scheduled, delivered by DHL Express. First time buyers in South Africa be aware that all imports go through customs and SA VAT + a handling fee is charged. To be paid in advance. All in all this was my first purchase from AlloAllo and I can only recommend them.

My order arrived later than expected delivery date

My order arrived later than the estimated delivery date, after 3 weeks but, it was worth the wait. My iPhone 12 mini has no scratches looks new. However, I am disappointed with the battery life, I expected a 80% battery health as per order only to get a 74% battery health.

honestly everything went well after the phone got shipped, it only took so long to get shipped because the address's i used where out of delivery for DHL, so id advice when inputting your delivery address first look for DHL pickup points or something

Fraudulant Reseller

Fraudulant Reseller. Don't go near any of their products! The absolute worst. I ordered "iPad Air 3 64GB Wifi + Cellular Space Gray (2019)"
Supposedly "Sehr guter Zustand" but I received a golden colored, pale and and extremly run down iPad, pre-setup in Chinese, and not nearly close to the criteria of the "sehr guter Zustand" BS! They were already 20 days late on delivery, with very terrible response time to messages. Then now they refused to take it back! I submitted a formal dispute!

Dirty phone

When I unpacked the phone, I saw that the screen was dirty and also the back of the phone. There are several scratches to see, although I have chosen "very good condition". That annoys me.

best website for refurbished phones, but bad shipping provider

I visited several websites for refurbished phones and have to say that Alloallo has the following advantages for me:
- clear and easy-to-navigate website
- good options for specifying the phone’s features
- additional option to choose a new battery
- option to select a used wristband
- unbeatable price compared to others

Only the shipping via UPS took significantly longer than expected, and the tracking in the UPS app was not very transparent. For example, I didn’t receive any notification from UPS that my package was already waiting for pickup at a UPS access point. But that’s an issue with UPS, not Alloallo. Well, Alloallo could consider choosing a better shipping provider ;-)

Do not buy from Allo Allo

I ordered an iPhone 12 as a Christmas gift, and they sent me an iPhone 12 mini. Customer support, despite responding promptly to my messages, indicated they would resolve the issue and that I would be contacted for an exchange, but so far nothing. There is no email or phone number for after-sales support, and clearly the goal is to make things difficult. I've seen several negative reviews on Trustpilot about a lack of commitment when problems arise and people who have been waiting for a resolution/refund for months... I've made several purchases on competing websites and the service is completely different, so the lower price here doesn't compensate.

Everything worked fine! From placing the order, receiving the bill and tracking number. It took only a week until I had my new iPhone. The product is in good condition. Even the packaging of the box is stylish and cool
