I ordered my iphone 13 on the 08th November and I just got my order yesterday the 14th November. Am happy because it took only 5 days excluding weekends to receive my order. The battery percentage is at 84% so am happy with my purchase.

Late Delivery !
Its okay, the delivery took more than 3 to 5 days. The UPS delivery service is general bad. They never deliver it to door. Late delivery to Germany, Berlin is the main negative point here.

Fantastic Service, Fantastic Product
I boutght a reconditioned iPhone with a new battery. It was the best price I could find, the product was as described, used but in very good condition. Delivery was speedy and I was kept informed all the way. I would definitely use Allo Allo again and I highly recommend.
FRAUD ALERT 🚨
Lowest tier customer service combined with fraudulent behavior.
First my parcel was 10 days late. Apart from import taxes that are not included in the price, DHL charges a service fee which doubles the import taxes. All of this, combined with the first signs of absolutely bad customer service and other people mentioning potential fraud online, made me refuse to receive the parcel. Following standard procedure, DHL sent it back to allo allo. According to terms and conditions, no full refund is guaranteed in those situations -- allo allo charges a 60 EUR handling fee.
However, I have neither received a full nor a partial refund since. Days are counting, I'll be loud!

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered a gold phone, but I received a white one instead. On top of that, I had to pay unexpected customs fees, even though nothing was mentioned about that at the time of purchase.
I contacted twice customer service to report the issue, but never received any reply.
This is unacceptable for an online store — poor communication, lack of transparency, and wrong product received.
To be fair, the iPhone itself is in very good condition, except for the camera area which seems to have taken a small shock — fortunately, this does not affect photos or videos.
Overall, I’m disappointed with the service and would expect a proper solution or compensation for these issues.

I waited a week for my phone from AlloAllo, paid a high VAT fee, bought covers and screen protectors — and the phone arrived faulty.
A repair shop confirmed the battery and charging port are fine, meaning it was defective from the start.
AlloAllo keeps delaying with no real solution. Very disappointed and do not recommend.

The delivery took a bit longer than expected, but the iPhone 13 Pro arrived in excellent condition. The phone looks and works like new, and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Overall, a great experience despite the small delay.
Okay experience, but wish it was better
I got the iPhone I wanted in the colour and storage options. I selected a phone of the best condition category, which is supposed to excellent with no detectable damage. The phone was in very good condition with only one detectable scratch and some black marks (later found to be glue residue) towards the bottom of the phone (near the speakers). Using some alcohol wipes I got rid of the glue residue. The phone came with 77% battery capacity, instead of the promised minimum 80%. I worked back and forth with Allo Allo support which was not straightforward because they wouldn't respond to emails. Eventually they said the phone would have had minimum 80% battery when they tested it. Due to being in storage and after delivery it would have dropped a little. They told me to ignore it and keep using it. The phone is still usable; it does glitch when on low battery. But I am dissapointed that Allo Allo have not met their own promise. Minimum 80% battery should mean 80% battery when I power it on for the first time. I paid a premium for this device despite being a used phone. Certainly Allo Allo have room to improve. Sweet nothings in a support chat do not improve my experience. Overall the phone looks very good with just one minor detectable scratch and thats why I'm giving it 4 stars. The lie about battery capacity is not tolerable. If I did that in my job, I would be fired.
