Do not use this service
Do not use this service. Never received any communication before my ride. I reached out to them, they gave me directions on what to do at the airport: I do exactly what they said. I tried calling and emailing when I was at the airport and never had a response. I waiting for 45 mins. Finally, I got in a cab because no one was responding, when I was in cab I finally receive a phone call. They claimed to have tried calling and texting and I have no record of those. They refused to refund my money and even charged me extra because the driver waited for me. I looked for the driver, asked multiple other drivers if they heard of the company and no one had.

• Our drivers always contact clients before pickup
• We provide clear booking confirmations with driver details
From your description, it seems possible that the service you used may have been another company.
