Very helpful… but didn’t answer my question about getting a credit back to my visa

Even if it takes too long they still fix the problem and refund the money.

They're took my money and still attempting to do just return my money

They disguised as nivea company to scam people, I'm disgusted.

They contacted me quickly and solved my problem. If the refund is successful, I am ready to give 5 stars.

it's a scam, they are also asking people to give positive reviews that's why it seems bloated.

I was so sad because by mistake an account was created and charged and besides that I was informed that I will not receive my money back.

As with others on here, I have been the victim of an unauthorised payment being taken from my account. This happened through a payment for a garden storage product that was advertised. The scammers had used the details of a legitimate company (ie. The company logo was used,there were the words Google in the shopping reference lower down, while the amount, though cheaper than products that were the same, was not massively so, a line of text explaining this as well. I erroneously entered the bank passcode for a second small amount and feel this triggered the link to Allnotepads.com. Both my bank and I suspected a suspicious transaction and I called them. Minutes later a payment had been taken by this company, for which I had absolutely not subscribed. Again, I reported all of this to my bank. Going to the All notepads.com website a membership had been registered to my email and within it was a gold credit. This was in euros and, of course, equated to the value in pounds sterling that had gone for my account (£49).

I also noticed on the Trust Pilot reviews that there were several similar occurrences fir others. Additionally, it seems that some higher rated reviews may follow a certain pattern which may lead to some concerns as to their possible validity.

Likewise, the common customer service reply and, at times, incorrect grammar, could perhaps trigger suspicion.

Following a problem, after making an order that was not received, this has been resolved and a refund is on the way to my bank.
