Answered the call, firstly! I was stuck on a busy roundabout with lorries, i waited around an hour for him to turn up but was in Kingsnorth Grain so only 1 route to get to me. I didn’t have any card on me for payment. He was very nice and understanding. Didn’t take deposit (due to not having card) but trusted me and came straight out anyway. Lovely bloke, very down to earth and friendly. Would definitely recommend and use again if the situation arises. Thank you AllKentRecovery!

Ali was extremely knowledgeable in managing the recovery (had an electric Tesla model X) and put me at ease and it was a difficult transfer as the car was locked and unresponsive. He was polite, courteous and professional.
