PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE avoid ALLI EXPRESS at all costs , i orderd 2 guitars at £126 each never came after 3 weeks so i contacted my bank and told them i had been SCAMED , the bank was NATIONWIDE , at Cannock West Midlands , i gave them the details as to what had happened and they got my money back from this gang of crookes THANK YOU NATIONWIDE

I have ordered multiple items, they put it all in one shipment and said on their website that it's been delivered to a pickup point, but no pickup point address was mentioned, I live in Belgium, I called the Belgian post and gave them a tracking number and they told me the package been in Holland for a month. I don't live in Holland.

Terrible firm I’ve had several things off this sender but never again just cheap parts that are not worth having avoid at all costs

it's taken over a month and a half to get my money back the people who are selling on this platform are nothing but conmen and as for there customer service they are as much use as a chocolate fire guard had to go through paypal to get money back then i had to send in all the screenshots i had with there customer services to show how much they had lied DO NOT BUY OFF THIS WEBSITE!

Pretty bad experience lately, with late deliveries

Alliexpress are scammers, they robbed myself of 35 euros for one defective item and for another one which I never receive it, I used to order from them for years but now I got scammed twice in one month and I will never order again from them.

Ok.i know the delivery times can be over a month but the majority for me is 2 to 4 week.. u want it cheaper than most, pay the price in delivery times,, i have bought literally hundreds of items off here with maybe only a couple of problems, which were refunded after a bit of too and froing of emails and a few week.. far less hassle than ebay.. buy direct,mostly cheaper than exactly the same stuff on other selling sites, jus wait a bit longer.. no probs as far as im concerned

Please do not order any item on AlliExpress / doershow pingo store. They are a bunch of fraudulent sellers. I bought my first pair of shoes two weeks ago and it arrived on time, no problem. It was just a honeymoon.
My second pair of shows, I paid extra for fast delivery to arrive today. I got a text message today that UPS had made 2 attempts to deliver today. I called UPS no attempted delivery to my house. On the website it said DHL delivery. Called DHL no such delivery attempt. Went on AlliExpress chat, the pair of shoes have not even been shipped. AlliExpress put me on hold and never came back and my time expired. I tried the chat again and the chat could not trace my order. I have spent 3 hrs of my time trying to track my pair of shoes.This shoe is online and was never sold out, so this is deliberate. My $78.38 is gone. I do not want you to loose your money. LOOK FOR ANOTHER GROUP OF SELLERS TO BUY FROM. Please let me know if you have another seller. This is fraud. Unbelievable. Tracking #81521543857

MINTIML BONNE CHANCE STORE thief and disgusting customer support...they don't know how to refund money but know how to take money parcel not received when you ask for refund they tell you to go to search the refund by yourself on the site...VERY BAD ALLIEXPRESS NO MORE ALLIEXPRESS you pay for the article for the shipping but received nothing not even the refund.. very disgusting...ALLIEXPRESS the store has been reported more than 20times but nothing VERY BAD do not recommanded Alliexpress DISGUSTING...

Extremely poor Customer Service!!! Very Rude!!! Item received not as advertised!!! Will never buy from them again!!!

After sales customer service is bad. After you buy your products contacting customer service is hard, and poor services

Even tough they are charging you for Tax's, they are not complient with new EU Customs.
There is no custom service to contact with issues and Seller's dont really read what you are writing.

Terrible after sales service if goods become faulty.

I'm aware that not all people seem to have the best impression about AlliExpress.

However, as for me, I'm quite happy to find items on their website which are not easily available in my country, and on top of that at quite affordable prices.

The downside is that it takes 3 months for an order to come from China to Europe, and sometimes the package may even get lost. However, whenever I didn't receive my order, they did refund me.

Anyway, despite these issues, I will remain their client, since so far I'm quite satisfied with the products that I have bought from them...

I never received any of my packages. And they would not refund my money. Over $100 gone. Don't order from these people
