Woeful

Apparently made an attempt to delivery my parcel but in fact didn’t as I was in the whole time .Tried ringing helpline .Long queue and got cut off twice .V bad !

Allied Express Driver at fault…

Thursday 9 November at approximately 1:30pm, me and my mother were travelling towards Alexandria when suddenly we were hit by a Allied Express delivery truck. The drivers side mirror and panels were damaged. The driver kept driving as if nothing happen. It came to a stop a short time after. His name is Mohsin Ali Shaikh. He was unable to claim it through insurance as we are not insured. It’s been reported to the police and my solicitors will be chasing up this mess.

the worst thing i ever did asked seller to return itemas it did not do the common australian vehicles
was told that was ok and they sent me a return address
and said i will get a refund when it arrives. so sent it back with an australian post tracking
it arrived ok, then alli express tampered with my account, it lost my name and password
The company I was dealing with would not answer any emails or messages
Ali express is a terrible company to deal with beware
I lost 5
$500 from there poor dealings and do not even have the item so paid for nothing
PayPal is just as bad with there claims section denial of the item even though I sent all relevant information about this item,they don’t even ask you for more information
Both companies are joined at the hip,be warned

Terrible service

Terrible service
I have had the worst experience trying to get my package delivered. I have been in contact with Allied Express and their partner Transdirect to try and sort this issue out. Despite several call from my self and the sender, and reassurance from these companies, the package still hasn’t left the depot. I the ordinal date was the 22nd of October, nearly 2 weeks later and the package hadn’t been sent. at one stage the tracking said the package was out for delivery, I lost a days work waiting at home for it, only to be told this was a scan error. As my package is needed for work, I am also loosing money every day it sits in their depot. After the package was collected and resent by the seller and I was told that the matter would be sorted out and i’d receive a new eta. It has now been 6 days and my package is still sitting in Brisbane, freight to my location usually only takes 4 days, this is unacceptable. I’m m at my wits end, how hard is it to get a courier to forward it to me!!!

Extremely poor customer and delivery service

Delivery driver refused to bring heavy item up some stairs to front door. I asked for it to be returned and brought back when they have the right amount of people to deliver. They then lied to the sender, stating there was no failed delivery. Finally admitted to failing the delivery but refused to deliver with required number of people to safely lift, insisting on leaving on the driveway. Was hung up on twice while trying to sort out - ended up getting them to return to sender and the sender organised personal delivery

Fraudsters - Beware of them

A company run and managed by some unbelievable fraudsters; very good at falsifying, cheating and making you suffer. They do not have a complaint procedure; they will not pay heed to your complaint at all. Once you are a customer, you will simply have to end up as a toy of them. We beg you NOT to use them lest you will become another victim of these fraudsters.

Where is my items

Items was fast to dispatch to mackay but now sitting in limbo at mackay depot for 5 days so far. They say they emailed them and waiting for a reply. Where is my parcels so I can pick them up myself. Lazy company, will not shop with those who use this service. Freight charges is overpriced and delivery times if they deliver is slow. Aus post is faster and cheaper

Extremely unprofessional customer service. In particular a representative named Corinne extremely unprofessional. Unfortunately, if you have a cramp across her, your queries will not be answered. I unfortunately had communication with this representative who hung up on me when asking extremely simple question of tracking and information sadly Kmart and other big companies use this shipment service and I hope they reconsider their contracts

Delivery instructions not followed

Received texts in lead up to delivery of large package from Powerland. Provided delivery instruction to leave on front porch accessed via side gate. Package was left inside front gate in full view of people using footpath. Luckily no one helped themselves. Unimpressed by this service.

"We put the Lie in Allied"

I won't shop anywhere that uses Allied Express or any other business name associated with this company. Other than that I'm speechless as to my experience with them. Going off my experience alone, a stunning level of inefficiency to the point where they actually make you wonder if they can deliver your parcel. Lies seem to be imbedded into their system or mode of business. I don't want to bash the staff as it's a systemic problem they have but It's like the wild west everytime you call they tell you anything they want or at best they are naive and don't fully understand that they are lying to you. Some of them know and even seem to enjoy it. Happy to wait honestly..delays happen but don't tell me it's coming and then don't deliver. A company responsible for the transport of possessions really should be able to tell you "on board for delivery" when it's the truth, like any other courier company does. Rather my parcel did arrive on the day I'd given up with no notice at all. Bizarre.

This company does not follow delivery instructions very well for leaving parcels when u r not home they do not not like working things out when things go wrong with delivery and parcel is stolen .but it's stolen from where the driver leaves item not by delivery instructions of the receiver

Ridiculous delivery wait time

Ordered a bed frame with a guaranteed delivery time frame of 2-10 business days. My item has now sat in the same depot for more than a week. When i rang to see when i could expect it i got rude teenagers who clearly have no customer experience and their manager wasn’t much better. Telling me they had emailed the lismore team a week ago and were still waiting on a response. The sheer incompetence of the team is baffling. Will not be using Allied Express or MyDeal again

Never ever trust Allied Express. They lost my parcel from KMart. I haven't seen such an irresponsible and careless delivery service like Allied Express. They have zero customer service. Really disappointed. I don't recommend Allied Express to whom whish to get their service.

Useless company

Allied Express were engaged by an online retailer I used to deliver products bought. Allied attempted delivery without giving notice it was incoming and didn't follow delivery instructions (they did not leave the products in a safe place, even though they were authorized to). Went online to arrange re-delivery (as prompted by the card they left) and the site did not work. Called up to arrange redelivery and was told a specific delivery date could not be arranged, notice of incoming delivery could not be given, and an estimated delivery day could also not be arranged. Received a text several days later to day delivery was expected for that day - decided to stay home to ensure delivery was accepted and the above wasn't repeated. Delivery was not attempted or made so went online to track delivery status. The website couldn't find any details so called them up. The person advises that the text was sent as a mistake and that delivery will happen as soon as possible (but could not say when). The agent could not offer any other information or insight about re-delivery or any other process. It was all very "just hope for the best tomorrow" approach. This is the worst delivery/logistics experience I've ever had. This was similar to having a bad experience with a government agency. A useless company to deal with. Any vendor who voluntarily uses Allied Express should be treated with suspicion too.

Terrible company, absolutely worst customer service. Lose my frieght and no tracking at all and no customer service. They have a Zero Care Factor.
I wish l looked up the reviews before l booked with this Company. Reviews say it all, with most people giving 1 star review and stories to match. How they are operating beats me.
