I cannot overstate this enough

I cannot overstate this enough. DO NOT USE QUICKBOOKS ALLSTATE HEALTH SOLUTIONS.

To be honest, the pricing wasn't terrible. But God forbid if you ever have an issue. They had some idiot working while high, that sounded like Thomas Chong on the phone do my initial onboarding, and he fat fingered all of our information. On top of that, the actual insurance provider through Allstate is Allied Benefits. I had to berate the district manager in Dallas to have someone assigned to me that had more than 2 brain cells

After firing an employee, they were still on my invoices 60 days post termination. So I was advised by Allied Benefits to short pay it. Well short paying it triggered their policy termination protocol, which I was unaware of, because the first idiot fat fingered our e-mail address.

So I unknowingly had my policy cancelled. I found this out on November 1st.

Would you guess, it's December 16th and I'm still arguing with these people and hounding them to get things back-dated and retro-actively re-instated.

It would probably be faster to appear before US congress, make a speech, and have them put a new law on the books, than it has been to get these people to fix it.

The level of disregard, incompetence, and complete lack of checks and balances with this company should be considered criminal.

Just wanted to share my experience, and hope that nobody here goes through the same ordeal. It has got to be by far the absolute worst communication protocols, and the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.
