This is the most terrible company I have ever worked with.
Avoid at ALL COSTS. Scam company.
Firstly, I signed up and a few days later I received an email telling me that the offer address I had chosen decided to shut down. I opened up my business with that address and needed to pay a ton in legal fees to redo the entries paperwork. At that point all they were able to offer me was 2 months credit…and no refund.
They then charged me anyway even though I was supposed to be credited. I had to go back and forth with customer support for weeks and was a giant waste of time.
Finally now that I do have the address it takes days to get a response from customer service.The service is absolutely terrible and I advise anyone thinking of going with this company to go with literally anyone else as it just seems like this company is a scam.

I recently had an encounter with the customer service representative of this company Cecilia De la Mora, who said she was a supervisor, and I must say, I am extremely disappointed. The representative I spoke to was rude and unprofessional, leaving me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.
I reached out to inquire about a refund for my non-active account, and instead of receiving clear guidance or being directed to the appropriate policy information, I was bluntly told that non-active accounts are not eligible for refunds and to read their policy. When I requested to speak to a higher authority to better understand this issue and express my dissatisfaction with the service I was receiving, I was denied this opportunity. I was told that she was not transferring me to anyone of higher authority snd that she was the supervisor
This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth, and I believe it reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. A business should empower its customers by providing clear information and accommodating their needs, especially when they have concerns.
I hope that by sharing my experience, it will prompt the company to reevaluate its customer service practices and ensure that all representatives are upholding the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy. No customer should have to endure the kind of treatment I received, and I believe it is crucial for the company to address these issues promptly.

Kath Neri was persistent in finding the answer to my missing mail. I was experiencing a repeating problem with my mail not being forwarded despite having been paying for weekly service for two years. At first the local Alliance office "passed the buck" and blamed USPS for the poor service, but promising things would improve. I questioned why they thought it would improve when Alliance claimed their service was not the problem implying the USPS service would get better. I suggested they send me an envelope every week, even if empty, just to show they were providing weekly service. They demurred this would be "too costly." Anyway, when they sent me my mail for that week, included was the missing mail for the past month. It may be too early to claim a lasting victory, but Kath relentlessly worked with me to "cut through the knot" and solve the problem following-up with me every step of the way.
