We’ve been working with Alliance UK for several years now and I honestly couldn’t be happier with their service. Deliveries are always on time, the products are good quality, and their prices are very reasonable. Any time we’ve had a question or needed something urgently, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely helpful.
I’ve seen a few negative comments about emails not being answered, especially mentioning Erica, but that has never been my experience. Erica has been absolutely amazing! Always responsive, professional and willing to go the extra mile to sort out any queries. In my opinion, if you approach people kindly and respectfully, you’ll get the same in return, and that’s exactly what we’ve had from Alliance UK.
The team has even sourced items for us that weren’t on their website, found a supplier, and arranged everything at a better price than we expected, all without us having to do anything. That kind of support and problem-solving is rare.
I would strongly recommend Alliance UK to anyone with cleaning requirements or similar needs. Reliable service, excellent customer care, kind and professional staff and managers, we really value the relationship we have with them and hope it continues for many years to come. Purchased a Pro Chem carpet cleaner less than a year ago for over £2000. it is faulty and a part has snapped off it, basically told, we can send you a part, fit it yourself, you are not covered for anything else!! All items should be covered for at least 12 months as standard for parts and labour as a minimum. I have never has this issue and as a Buyer i would never ever use them again, I wish I had read the reviews on here first!! Shocking service, avoid at all costs!!!!

I placed an order for Hand Gel with Janilec Supplies on Amazon. I waited over a month, only to be told you were prioritising the NHS due to Coronavirus and could not now fulfil the order. Dreadful communications, leading me to think it was on its way through the system day by day, only to be let down right at the end when it simply did not turn up even though it was marked as 'out for delivery'. I'm in the Extremely Vulnerable Group with incurable bone/blood cancer and you've let me down badly. I could have ordered elsewhere, but your behaviour has lost me a month. Shame on you for leading me up the garden path.
