Came across alliance a year before making the purchase and couldn’t be happier that I stuck with them! Even after moving to the other side of the world the process was extremely smooth and they was extremely patient with all of my requests. Would definitely recommend.

The pendant necklace is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and even prettier in person. The craftsmanship is amazing, and you can tell a lot of care went into making it. Mohammed Suhaib was so kind, thoughtful, and helpful throughout the whole process, which made the experience even more special. I’ve received so many compliments wearing it and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a gorgeous handmade piece.

I got my engagement ring from Alliance Jewels almost two years ago, and I honestly couldn’t recommend them enough. From the very beginning, Suhail who helped me design and bring my vision to life was attentive, patient, and professional.
Recently, one of the small stones on my ring came loose (I wear it constantly and am quite active, so it’s had plenty of contact with water and creams). I reached out to Suhail straight away with a photo, and even after nearly two years, he responded within 24 hours. He directed me to their workshop, and to my amazement, the ring was repaired and polished within just 15 minutes!
Not only was the missing stone replaced perfectly, but the entire ring was cleaned and restored to its original sparkle honestly, it looked brand new. I was blown away by how smooth and efficient the entire process was.
Even when I first received my ring, the team went above and beyond when I had delivery concerns, they offered to personally meet me to ensure it arrived safely. That level of care and customer service is rare.

Buying from alliance jewels has been great, very quick responses to any question I had. Regular updates regarding the ring build. Even went the extra step to disguise the package to avoid spoiling the big surprise. Very happy with the ring I bought. It’s even more beautiful than I imagined it would be.
