A wonderfully easy, dependable and reliable service
Wonderfull easy and reliable service. I had a tenant with a drain blockage which was fixed within one and a half hour after I first called. The pricing is fair and reasonable and the plan for GBP 15 per month saves a lot of money compared to having a property managing agent whose prices (for emergency repairs especially) tend to be completely unreasonable

Had a problem with a drain which turned out to be a crushed pipe, Steve from Jones Plumbing and Drainage who came out and had spent the last three days including his day off sorting the problem.
Not only that, had to dig up paving and has put it all down perfectly.

Effective and helpful
We had a leak from a dislocated pipe. They were very responsive and able to offer us someone to come very quickly. Oliver did a really great job with fixing the issue and was very helpful in explaining to us what had happened and what we might be able to do if it happened again. We were very pleased and will be calling them up again if there are issues in the future.

Don't make the mistake of giving this…
Don't make the mistake of giving this company your debit card details as they will try to take money from your debit card monthly without your permission. They set up a subscription on my debit card of £14.99 without my knowledge for the payment to be going out monthly.They had told me that it was a deposit for a one off payment. To make matters worse the people who came to my property didn't fix anything and still charged me a call out fee of £80.l gave them the money because l was a woman on my own and they were 2 blokes demanding for payment. I paid them out of fear even though they never fixed anything.l have to make sure there is no money in my account until l sort out this problem with my bank as l have to be sure that the subscription has been cancelled so that they don't try to take any more payments from my card.

Exceeded expectations!
It was surprisingly easy and straightforward even dealing with on a Saturday bank holiday weekend. Rang up, answered immediately, explained the problem (wastewater blocked drains) - told me the call out cost and any other costs straight up. After the work was done, everything married up cost-wise even though the job took a little longer (and more complex) than we thought - but the engineer covered all bases, even surveying neighbouring properties to see how extensive the issue was.
Overall, very happy - same day emergency response, excellent engineer, and a courtesy followup call the next day.
Based on the overall experience with customer care and the engineer, I have decided to opt for their care plan in case we need anything in the future.
Highly recommend.
