Problem solved!

A representative contacted me and let me know that my case is now resolved. Though it took longer than I had hoped it looks like they are going to refund and provide me with good customer service and resolution.

Daily harassment and no refund

They keep sending me emails asking for me to delete my review. They even said that they have deleted my membership, yet no money have been refunded. I receive around 2 emails per day with the same message.
Today they sent a new one. Zara at customer relation, I will not delete my negative post and will continue with the bad review until your company send me proof of the refund.

Refund Issue Resolved

Issue resolved. I have experience some issues with regards on subscription, I ask the customer to refund my subscription and they are very accommodating and processed my refund asap.
