This is an absolute scam. Despite numerous emails to customer service and providing delivery address details item still not delivered. They have taken money from my account but sent me no product. Avoid ordering from them at all costs!

Placed an order for £31.98. Credit card payt accepted. Immediately received a “welcome to Allfound” email. However, never received an order confirmation. Sent web message and email but heard nothing. Am reporting payt as scam to credit card company but have to wait 30 days without a delivery date.

My mistake didn’t check reviews. Ordered a CarPlay plug in for my car. Received an email saying it had been delivered. IT Hadn’t. Asked for proof of delivery got an automated reply from clientlink tracking company who then wanted my card details to charge me

Scam company!! Disgusting nobody ever order. Said order was delivered but when you click on tracking it’s been put to a safe place in London completely opposite 665 miles away from where it was meant to be delivered. The email to enquire is an automated address!! Stay well clear

I bought my son the wwII aircraft advent calendar. The priduct is not as described - neither historically accurate nor museum quality. The planes look nothing like advertised. Neither are they hangable. Emails to customer service just get automated responses of FAQs

The reply below is a standard one written to everyone. This is my first (and last!) order so not many orders on my account!!

I ordered the World War II advent calendar with it promising to be display worthy, great quality model airplanes. My son opened this on the 1st of December and the planes are nothing like the images advertised. They are bent rubber that does not return to intended shape and seriously lack the detail advertised. I expect AI was used or a completely different product to advertise.
I have now contacted the company 3 times explaining I am dissatisfied and want them to rectify however I have received no replies other than an automated reply. I would not recommend - in fact I would avoid ordering anything from all found.

The chocking device I received from this company is a fake the suction doesn't work properly don't buy one from them

Item not as depicted / advertised no instructions and no returns label. Like everyone else i should have checked trust pilot first avoid this company

Like others have found, the quality of the items is extremely poor. There is no intricate design and no authentic liveries or markings.

Hugely dissapointing and feel completely ripped off.

For me the cost of the calendar and the shipping came to £23.98 and have emailed asking for a refund but no reply to date.

I saw this product on social media and feel like I’ve been scammed.

I bought the ww2 aircraft advent calendar and I was hugely disappointed and embarrassed giving it to my son. The aircraft did not look like the picture on the advert at all. It was unpainted , unrecognisable as a particular aircraft, and the wings were all bent up from being in the box. I think it is very misleading from the online shop. Having spent £19.99 on it , I was expecting much more. They do not respond to emails and their website product reviews are clearly fake.

Ordered drain cleaner, delivery took over 4 weeks (wasn't made aware at time of purchase that it was being supplied from outside the uk), and when it arrived it turned out to be absolutely useless! Customer support is non existent, no replies to emails sent, simply a case of they take the money and just don't seem to care from there on in!

I’ve just went on your tracking page, it says my item was delivered to ANNAN in Scotland, that’s 80 miles away from where I stay IN Motherwell, your device is absolutely terrible and I won’t be ordering from you again. I wish I could give you a minus score

Unfortunately I didn't check trust pilot before placing my order. My order was delivered to an incorrect address as shown on the tracking system. Belfast in Ireland not Suffolk in the UK! Not sure how such a error happened. As with other customers iv only received an automated response. My advice, shop elsewhere.

Buyers Beware of the obvious SCAM

Placed order on 15/11/2025 and have not received package as yet 4/12/2025. Mailed customer support a while back got an automated response telling me nothing but gave me a tracking code which actually tracks f.all. Mailed again 2 days ago and as yet no reply from customer services. Not recommended.

Took an absolute age to arrive which wouldn't have been so bad if the planes in the advent calendar had been as advertised. Cheap plastic. No markings on planes. Very disappointing. Wouldn't use this company again.

The quality of the items is terrible with rubbery plastic, generic moulding and they don’t even fit into the date windows so they’re bent. This isn’t even the quality I would expect for a product meant for a 2 year old so you can imagine how disappointed my 17 year old is. There is no intricate design and no authentic liveries or markings.

I purchased this in good faith and good time but for obvious reasons didn't open until the 1st of December. I am embarrassed that I purchased this for my son who is now disappointed with no advent calendar.

The cost of the calendar and the shipping totalled £20.98 and have emailed asking for a refund but no reply to date.
