Very helpful and knowledgeable

Great experience buying the flute, and when there was a problem later on with it, they graciously offered to replace it. Can't recommend enough.

I originally purchased my intermediate flute from AFP in 1998 after trading in a student model and was happy for them to service it over the years due to their expertise in this area. It was with great pleasure then that I recently upgraded to a professional flute and had no hesitation in All Flutes Plus being my retailer of choice. Nigel is the consummate professional, gives very good advice and has a good selection of flutes to suit your price range. No stuffiness, just good honest service. As a northerner who expects value for money and service I can wholeheartedly recommend All Flutes Plus without hesitation.

I ordered a Yamaha YFL677 flute from allflutesplus.com having spoken to Nigel on the phone. He was very helpful and the price was good (although Yamaha have increased prices since, unfortunately). Item was dispatched and delivered to Ireland a few days later. On arrival there was a problem with a misaligned pad, which was a bit of a worry on an expensive instrument. Returned it, and called Nigel a couple of days later to check if he'd received it. Not only had he received it, but had adjusted it and resent it on the same day -- got it back in Ireland on following business day. Very pleased with the service in spite of the hitch, and shop was very pleasant and helpful at every stage.
