Buyer, beware! They send out dirty products from other people

They have no quality control and do not believe them when they say they will allow a return because they won’t. Ordered pure sleep, silver allergy bedding, which they claimed was cotton and was NOT, arrived dirty disgusting used bedding, which came neatly folded in their containers. Could not return, and could not get a credit and could not get a refund. Buyer beware!

They do NOT honor any warranties.

They do NOT honor any warranties.

I bought a $500 air purifier from them in 2018 with a 10-year warranty. I only used it a handful of times and then it went into storage for 3 years. Now, they won't honor the warranty and the company that made the filter appears to be out of business! (The website listed in the manual is no longer in service.)

Beware, this used to be a good company. I've been a customer for 20 years, but now, there is no help or recourse for a $500 purchase.

You have been warned! The warranties they provide are absolutely MEANINGLESS!

terrible customer support

I wanted a mattress dust cover that had a zipper all around the mattress rather than one end; the chat customer support steered me to a product that did not meet this requirement and when I attempted to return it I did not get a full refund and had to pay postage. Talking to someone re this was impossible; I only got sent to emails, which were not returned.

Site was easy to use, products arrived quickly

Site was easy to use, products arrived quickly (within 2 days) even using the free shipping option.

I seem to be having allergy relief already, which is much appreciated. I am glad I purchased these products.

A little disappointed in the quality of the zippers on bedding covers, and also in the quality of 'economy' products, but the more expensive cotton products are very nice as expected.

It's ok

The largest Pristine mattress cover for twin is too small. I have to return it. I ordered a larger one from Walmart and saved a ton of money. The comforter cover is OK. It feels like a raincoat. If you try to post a review on their (allergy control) website, you click on be the first to write a review, and nothing happens. I like the pillows that I got, though.

My husband and some of his family …

My husband and some of his family members have allergies so we always use your allergy pristine covers to encase our mattresses -- in our bedroom, in the guest room and on our foldout guest bed. We also use your pillow covers for the same reason. We would recommend them to everyone!

20+ years, always the #1 company for products that make my home a safe haven!

I've been buying products from this company for at least 20 years, and I trust every product they sell, and have used their cleaners, their shampoo and conditioners, their X-mite dust mite mitigation products, and their Pristine Complete line of allergy covers.

I have Pristine Complete allergy covers on every mattress and pillow in my home, and ever one of those covers came from Allergy Control Products, and I every cover has held up to to being washed and dried in the dryer, and the seams have held together, and the material that these covers are made is very effective in keeping dust mites out of my mattresses and pillows, and filtering any dust that might sneak into my pillows, and I find the material to be very comfortable to use as bedding even without traditional sheets/pillowcases.

I return to Allergy Control Products every time I need specialized items to handle "simple activities" in my home, that are not simple for me, because my asthma and allergies are so severe.

With Allergy Control Products, I'm able to maintain my home as a safe haven where the environment inside my home minimizes my symptoms, and by doing so reduces the level of medications I need.

I haven't used every product Allergy Control Products sells, but I've used many of their products over 20+ years, and I have absolute confidence that what they sell will work!

Allergy Control has what I need

Allergy Control has what I need to deal with my allergies and make life more comfortable - reliable quality products like mattress encasing, not cheap knock-offs that do a poor job.

Excellent Product

While the pillow covers are a bit stiff (but not too much), they are extremely well-made. The seams are strong, there are extra flaps for complete coverage, and the covers arrived perfectly packaged.
