Great gift for my partner's mother! She is in her 60s and set in routines, she works long hours as a social worker at an addiction center and rarely does much to shop or even cook at home. The monthly boxes was a birthday present and after one order she's already been quite happy with the choices and options she doesn't see in her local shops. At Sainsbury's/Tesco's/Asda they all do different in-house versions of the same basic products. She came over just to show us her gift and she kept saying "Wow, I've never had anything like this before!" with every item!

I can't eat milk so really useful website, and the option to exclude 'may contain' is great (although I always still check packaging no matter where I buy food, and the site is clear in saying to do this. The range of products is also outside of the usual 'free from range and has some harder to find items. Customer service was in my experience friendly, helpful and very prompt.

Great price and service. Delivery took a few days longer than expected but in current covid circumstances it's understandable.

I found Allergybox from searching for a particular product which they had at an excellent price. I ended up buying quite a few more items even though I don't actually have allergies. There are many regular and also interesting items I had not seen before in their shop, good to give some a try. If you have allergies, there are various 'Free From Boxes' you can buy once, or have a regular monthly subscription at a slightly reduced rate. Delivery was quick, items well packaged, and customer service was excellent. I am sure I will be back.

This is the 4th time i have ordered from here since been gluten free, i must say im a very fussy eater but since buying from allergy box im not quite as fussy, everything i buy is reasonably priced and very tasty, would highly recommend.

I specifically asked for nut free as well as gluten/wheat/dairy. This item was in the selection but ingredients and packet do not stipulate that it is nut free or prepared in a nut free facility so am unable to serve them. If you can guarantee they are nut free then I can use them and buy more for future use.

Even though I dont have any allergies i purchased my favourite popcorn Joe and Steph's on this site was struggling to get it elsewhere The price was excellent and from ordering to delivery to my door the service was great will be ordering again from Allergybox
