Dress not even close to the pictures or description, nor the correct colour, I have been chasing them for months for a refund and still nothing! A disgrace!

Just a total scam. Ordered my dress, weeks ago. No update on delivery. I tried searching the number they gave and it doesnt exist. I want my money back, but i cant even contact them as the contact button doesnt do anything

Poor quality and service
Poor quality and service. No options to return, because they say the dress I bought was a sales item, which wasn’t. After sending several mails I got no reaction any more and didn’t get my money back. So easy to look away! If I could I would like to give no stars at all, one star is even too much.

Very poor quality items with very poor return policy.
Items received are not the items pictured on website. Items received are however low quality replicas. Expected return postage plus restocking fee. Relatively quick postage.
