If I could give this company zero stars I would.
This is a beautiful Kimono online however you will not receive what's advertised! The color is completely off (its a tan and black not a white and black) the fringe is cut differently and the customer service is horrible due to lack of communication!
I ordered this Kimono in January 2026, received it in February and now its April and never received a response to exchange it. I contacted the company a few days after I received it to let them know the kimono doesn't look like the picture, the owner didn't get back to me for 2 weeks and that was AFTER I emailed a second time! I sent pictures and emailed several times, the owner offered an exchange when I replied to start the exchange process the owner never responded. So now I am out of $90 dollars and a kimono that is nothing like the one online
I wish I had done more research before ordering because I found other reviews that stated the same issues that I had with this company.

The owner has finally contacted me and has started the process for the exchange. I am grateful because I did not want to be stuck with a $90 dollar item that I wouldn't use. I do appreciate she followed up even though this process took a few months.

I ordered a few sweater coats/kimonos and encountered a few issues:

1. None of what's advertised on the site was immediately available. Each description indicated "Ships by" with a date. The items I ordered were never shipped by the date indicated.
2. None of the items I ordered have a tag inside that shows the brand name, fabric content or cleaning instructions.
3. I was sent a kimono that was different from what's pictured on their site; I was able to return, but my only options were to receive a replacement or store credit WHEN THEY SENT ME AN ITEM THAT DIFFERED FROM WHAT'S ON THEIR WEBSITE!
4. No refunds, store credit only.
5. I left a review for one of the kimonos I purchased, along with a photo. It was never added to the website, most likely because it was a thorough review that wasn't very favorable. They only add positive reviews to their site.

Before ordering from this company I combed the internet for reviews and couldn't find any outside of all the perfect reviews posted on their website. I should've been suspicious of this. Also, I found the SAME kimonos on AliExpress at a fraction of what they're being sold for on All Diva Things! I'm willing to bet they order in bulk from AliExpress after orders are placed on their website, which explains why nothing is ever in stock and take a month+ to receive your order.
