It's impossible to sign up re-log in or contact developers

It's impossible to sign up using just email because the Security Verification by moving pieces of a puzzle doesn't work at all. It's possible to sign up using Google account, but after logging out it's impossible to log in again - you are getting error message saying
"Incorrect sign-in information"
It's impossible to contact developers through their Contact form since again the Security Verification with puzzle pieces doesn't work. So the whole service is locked.
