They don't clean properly and very rude company. I stopped using them, my tenant went behind my back and brought them in my property. Their customer service is very bad, I spoke to Shanaid who thought I was blaming them when I just wanted to know what they did and if they saw damaged items. How do you clean a place and things are damaged which would stop you from cleaning properly. No accountability, no understanding what they have done, no keeping good relationships with customers. I can nevr recommend or use them.

This was a last minute job on a move in “deep clean” which Lucas helpfully arranged for us the evening before, and a team travelled a long way to carry it out.
They also dealt with some logistical hiccups in a very professional way.

When we arrived we found that the house had been cleaned to a good standard, which saved us a lot of work and time and the carpets had been cleaned well too - there was a definite clean smell about the house. The oven, fridge and dishwasher were also clean.

However we wouldn’t call this a “deep clean” and although we appreciated the hassle of arranging it last minute for the company, we feel we were significantly overcharged for the level of service provided. We did find that some areas (e.g walls in high-traffic places, light switches, the sides of the dishwasher etc) which were not difficult to find had been missed, and I think “deep clean” was probably the wrong description for the service.

However I think given more time the company would’ve been able to address these issues. We just feel we paid a LOT of money (and an extra charge for logistical issues NOT caused by us) for something which wasn’t quite what it was supposed to be.

Probably wouldn’t use again but can’t fault their commitment to trying to be helpful at the last minute!

The cleaners worked hard all day, they were thorough, including the appliances if I needed a deep clean in the future I would use them again

All Clean and Clear offered amazing service for a heavy duty clean. They were understanding and flexible in a difficult situation. Their communication was fantastic. The clean was completed to a very high standard, with care & respect for the home, and was excellent value. They truly went above and beyond. I would thoroughly recommend them. Thank you!

Friendly, cost effective deep clean. Hard working staff efficently and effectivey cleaned the house we had just purchased from top to bottom.
